Web site returned errors.
Web site did not work for dates in 2025.
After messaging it worked.
Then payments did not work but again, after messaging it worked.
BUT I only found this by trying again later - I did not get any replies to my messages.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologise for the issues you experienced with booking dates and making payments, this may have been due to us being closed on the days you were trying to book. We’re glad to hear that it eventually worked, but we understand that the lack of communication created frustration. We're actively working on improving our response times and system reliability, so in the future, you can expect a smoother, more efficient experience.

Great Service Shore Rentals
I recently rented a car from Shore Rentals and had a fantastic experience. The booking was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was in the car quickly, and it was clean and in great condition, just like what I'd booked online. The car drove smoothly, and returning it was simple. I loved how clear the pricing was—no hidden fees! I'd recommend Shore Rentals for anyone needing a reliable and affordable rental car. I'll use them again!

Got collection of premium cars
They got pretty good collections of Cars and the owner helped me sorting out the website glitch very efficiently and I was able to book the car which I wanted and also he was not baffled by my continuous queries which end up in renting a pretty good car so thank you for that. I will do it again if need be.

reliabale rental car company
Shore Rentals is a reliable small car rental company based on Auckland's North Shore. They offer very good value for money.
We rented a small car for about 10 days. The staff were very friendly at pick up and gave us all the necessary information and a transparent rental agreement. It was possible to drop the car off at the nearby gas station outside of business hours.
The car itself was well used but well maintained by the garage attached to the car rental company.
