Stamattina arrivati al Porto di Livorno abbiamo prenotato il transfer per Pisa . Bus nuovi, aria condizionata e ciliegina sulla torta "Alessandro" che ci ha accompagnato per alcune zone di Pisa un po' meno affollati chiedendo in cambio solo un sorriso 😊. Un piccolo appunto al rientro il pullman non ci ha lasciati dove siamo saliti stamattina, cioè al varco fortezza ma in centro e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare un po' di strada prima di raggiungere lo shuttle che ci riaccompagnasse alla nave .

Je déconseille particulièrement cette agence aux personnes âgées. Lors de notre excursion, une personne nommée Frederico n’a fait aucun effort pour contacter ou attendre deux personnes âgées qui avaient des difficultés à rejoindre le groupe. Lorsque j’ai tenté d’expliquer la situation par téléphone, il m’a interrompu et a raccroché sans chercher à comprendre ni à proposer de solution.

J’ai trouvé ce comportement irrespectueux et totalement inadapté à une activité accueillant un public de tous âges. Un minimum de patience, d’écoute et d’assistance devrait être attendu d’un professionnel du tourisme.

Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande pas cette agence, en particulier aux seniors.

It it was possible to leave no stars I would. We booked an excursion through Shore Experience and were passed off to MyLoveItaly. We were going to Colosseum in Rome. They messed it up and we did not have tickets to enter. This tour provider basically told us to find our way there.. ( an hour away) and buy tickets. Ummm these were skip the line tickets. As a result he dropped us 4 hrs at the colosseum… the tour provider had several tours on his van and dropped people off here and there. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend either of these companies.

My husband and I booked a tour to Pisa and Manarola from La Spezia. I was nervous about finding our guide and being on time but Shore Experience made it easy and our guide, Alessandro, was knowledgeable and helpful the entire day. This was a long day but we were allotted free time which was nice. Alessandro and George (the bus driver) were a great team and kept us entertained during the drive. I would highly recommend this tour and ask for Alessandro if you can!

The one star is for the overall bus experience, it was comfortable, we arrived fast and safe, and the guide inside the bus taking us to Florence was very pleasant.

But….

We were traveling with two very young children (1 and 2 years old) and were told by your employee ARIANA that we could board the shuttle to Pisa and Florence from Livorno. We waited in line just like everyone else, but while we were in the process of paying and boarding, Ariana intentionally allowed eight people to cut in front of us and then turned around and told us there was no space left on the bus.

When I explained that we had been in line first, she dismissed us and said it “didn’t matter” and that we “weren’t fast enough.” Her attitude was beyond unprofessional. It was rude, hostile, and completely disrespectful.

It got worse: when we questioned her behavior, she responded by saying “No more discount for you, and now I’m charging for the kids.” If we wanted to go on the Florence only bus. That is retaliation, plain and simple. When I asked for her name and told her I would be writing this review, she literally said, “I don’t care about reviews.” Ariana somehow felt entitled to treat us with extreme pettiness.

So congratulations! This company allows employees who mistreat families, lie about space, backtrack on pricing, and openly say they don’t care about customer feedback.

We were left stranded with two toddlers, after being misled, ignored, and spoken to with attitude.

Our trip to Florence was outstanding. The bus was comfortable and Lucho was a great driver. Alessandro did a terrific job “ herding butterflies”. We had a large group, but he kept us together and moving through the city at a comfortable pace. He had a good sense of how long everyone needed at each location and he gave us information about each site even though it was an “ on your own” tour. Alessandro also picked an outstanding restaurant for lunch. The pasta was delicious.

Stay away from! They couldn’t find our reservation and we almost missed the bus even though we arrived early! They are rude and disorganized!

We had a fantastic time and Alessandro was excellent! Best sense of humour and took great care of us around Pisa. Everything was well explained and ran timeously. So much cheaper than through the cruise excursions and just as good.
Martina is a great driver!

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Rapidez de servicio, el guía Alessandro muy agradable y habla varios idiomas. Es una forma de ahorrar mucho dinero contratando el mismo servicio con la compañía de cruceros. El transfer solo 10 minutos desde el barco a la terminal.

Excellent trip to Pisa, comfy coach and knowledgeable and friendly guide (Alessandro). Definitely recommend.

Fantastic tour!

They left us after we called to tell them we were walking around the corner.I and my mom have mobility difficulties and fell a little behind the group.We called the lady like she asked to tell her we were walking around the corner.They didn’t even what 5 mins.She called to tell us they left us then hung up.

We had a really nice tour guild, Alessandro. The driver was nice.
Only issue my group, and I believe everyone will have is the drop off area for both Florence & Pisa. There is very long walk to town. As I have noticed on this tour, there are many seniors. Walking was exhausting.
It would be better to have a closer drop off spot. Better to make plans with a local taxi or much smaller group.
Otherwise they were pleasant tour group. Good luck on what ever plans you make, bring water.

We did the Pisa/Lucca tour and it was great! Alessandro was our guide and was amazing!

We booked ‘Shore Experience’ for our Cruise trip and stop in ‘Florence’ - we only needed transfer but the member of staff Francesco went above and beyond- with lots of local information, guiding us to a meeting point & map information
Definitely recommend this service from Livorno Port, thank you for a very enjoyable day 👏🏻🇮🇹

Trip to Lucca and Pisa cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. No reason given. We were on a cruise so couldn't rebook for another day. Refund given via ticket agency. Very poor experience.

Booked to go to Florence today and found out that we could join a a walking tour. The best 5 euros spent as we would never have gotten to half the places with a guide.
Alex made the day go faster than we expected without anyone feeling rushed.
A great day and we would recommend anyone who has ever been to Florence to use a guide if you are only there for a day.

Nous avons apprécié la prise en charge, claire et précise, et la visite.
On a pas à se poser de question, et nous nous sommes reposé sur notre guide Alessandro qui a permis de profiter de la visite pour voir l essentiel à notre rythme, sans courir !
