Very good customer service with fast response. My 2nd purchase with the all ay pants. My son love it a lot for school activities and also jungle tracking. Material is good cooling with quick dry.

I bought S size it fit well, will looking for more.

Nothing went wrong... delivery took much longer than when purchasing from other companies but it eventually came and the presentation was good. After seeing countless ads on Instagram and seeing that they were having a massive sale I decided to take a chance on a pair of running shorts and a running long sleeve. Neither garment is exceptional...from their ads, which I should have known better, I was expecting extremely light clothing. The long sleeve is basic...you can get the same thing at any sporting good store. I tried to give the shorts to my wife but she wouldn't take them. They are not running shorts... they have two bulky pockets in front and no liner brief... I will have to wear something underneath for support.

I guess this doesn't really matter at this point as it looks like they're not going to last much longer.

I feel cheated by the special offer; that is misleading. The customer service is rubbish and could not handle the complaint. You would lose your customer.

I don’t know what’s worse. The customer service, or the bad quality. This is the fourth time I purchased pants from thousandmiles. The first two was excellent, making me order the next time.
Last order i had was with minor issues (wrong size & no waist string) asked for an exchange, but WAS DENIED.
This time i purchased during fathers day promo buy 2 free 1. But both pants I purchased, had BUTTONS COMING OUT. Im sure thousandmiles WILL NEVER REIMBURSE or EXCHANGE damaged good with LOW QUALITY CONTROL!!

got my short and jogger pants today. i can say it is of high quality. it fits perfectly. the delivery is strangely fast.

The best pants i ever bought… i straight and bought 15 pairs, they had this promotion buy 3 get 2 free so i bought 15 pairs from Thousand Miles replacing all my sweat, khakis, jeans and joggers… very reasonable price for such tactical pants… keep up the good work…

So far, I already bought two explorer pants, an outdoor jacket and a backpack. All of them are great! I just love the materials they use for all their products especially the backpack and jacket - lightweight, packable and waterproof. What a perfect combination :)

Puffer vest fits well, looks good, appears to be well made and is perfect for my winter golf games. Arrived really quickly.

Just got three pairs of all day shorts. Love them! Great colors, they look great, and they feel great!

Online shopping can be a bit of a minefield as you may not know which companies are legit and which are scams.
Even worse, it's pretty difficult ordering clothes online as you can't see the product in real life so it's a bit of a gamble.
I took a gamble with Thousand Miles when I first purchased from them as I had no idea what the quality and fit of their clothes were like. Luckily, they turned out really good. I love the fit and the material. I've seen pants from Lumulemon that look similar to these pants but at 3x the price. I'm very happy with the quality, fit and comfort of these pants and shorts. I wear there all the time. I've repurchase a few times and I want to keep spares. They are really good.
Another thing is their customer service is excellent. This speaks volumes and not many companies these days care about after sales support. These guys do. I've had the pleasure to deal with Olivia from customer service and she was extremely helpful. It made my experience with the company very pleasant. Give these guys a go! Try their pants and shorts. The are very good and for the price it's worth it.

Fast delivery, the pants also the one Im looking for soooo long. It is very comfortable and the quality is exceptional..! Looking forward to purchase again but if price under RM150 is really a good bargain.

Travelling light and in style has this brand on it. The explorer line is an absolute must-have for me as it does what it does. Truly worth it.

The company doesn’t portray the truth. They show a 182cm tall, (6ft 1”) model, 82kg weight, wearing a S small size Omniflex pants, inseam of 28”
I am 179 cm, 83 kgs and the Omnipants I received were just below my knees. The material is extremely thin and it’s NOT flexible as they make u believe. The company needs to be reported to Consumer affairs. They don’t have a phone number to contact nor anyone bothers to call inspite of giving phone numbers and numerous emails. Disgusting D2C ecomm people
