It took four months to get the shoes. They are not leather. They are cheap and ugly and uncomfortable and the company is jerks to talk to. These are the worst shoes I’ve ever owned.

AWFUL...The shoes took forever to reach me, they sent the wrong sized shoe, the quality was poor, and their touted 5 year warranty was ignored. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

Horrible experience. First it took a very long time to receive the earthing shoes. The quality was horrendous so I immediately tried contacting them. Their phone number and email didn’t work. I tried over and over. Finally weeks past and someone contacted me. Guess what, they said it was past the time that they would accept my return. Please don’t waste your time and money.

If I could put a −000 stars I would. This company is a scam. Took over 2 months to get my shoes. And they are c*** totally the wrong size. Plastic. It's everything everybody has said. This needs to go viral. How bad this company is scam scam scam

Update: I sent them an email right before this post and they are trying to fix the problem by sending me new shoes. I am willing to give them a chance but if they fail to meet what they are saying is a fantastic product I will be back with another review. It was amazing how fast they responded after I told them it was so evil to be saying one thing and sending another. We shall see, I also asked for my money in writing so to speak. If not I will take this to my bank card.

Horrible company. They advertise one thing, but ship you a complete junk item. In the advertisements, they claim that the sheets a soft and nice but in reality, they feel like a plastic sheet. It started irritating my skin. The wired area is smaller than your mattress, and the rest is a stretchy see-through material that doesn’t hold in place, so bed sheet constantly slips off the mattress. You find yourself fighting the sheets all night.
They don't offer refunds because they know their item is garbage. They give you generic BS answers

I purchased bedsheets from your company twice. First time I purchased just for myself. The bed sheet was ok. So, I decided to order for the rest of my family, but this time they sent these horrible bedsheets. They constantly slip off the mattress. They're very hard, like sand paper. The wire part is small compared to the mattress. They sent me a completely different product.

I tried contacting them to fix this situation? I asked them either exchange these horrible things for the good bedsheets or refund me the money. They did neither. I felt like their customer service wasn’t even a person. It felt like AI. I’ll never buy from this company again

This company is a total scam. The add shows leather shoes in a nice box with detailed stitching. Took forever and yes they answered your emails while months went by, however, once they realize you want a refund, they totally block your emails and their phone number never works. I am going to ask my bank for a chargeback and also the shoes which were supposed to be size 8 1/2 women’s and leather but they are some plastic material that smelled like chemicals. I am going to try and add a picture.

This company is a total scam. I received my shoes one month after ordering. They were leather and the grounding button was NOT copper. Within two days one of the buttons had fallen off. Attempts to reach their customer support system is a lesson in futility. They don't respond to emails or answer their phones. I should have looked here first before throwing my money away. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Aside from the incorrect sizing, the materials are not at all what they say they are. They are not leather at all, and the rivet is not even copper. A total overall scam, and I will be seeking a chargeback or legal actions for false advertising.

Scam company! Buyer beware!

They deserve minus -10 stars if possible.
They are nothing like the pictures and video. Advertised as leather and it’s not, I ordered 8.5 and it’s an inch bigger than US 8.5. It came from China and took months to arrive. These people are scammers and should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Buyers should be made aware, before placing orders, that these items are shipping from China and the processing time could be months. I have not yet received my product, however, the seller does respond to emails.
6/22/24 - placed order for 1 pair of Naturelink grounding shoes and money was deducted from my account.
7/2/24 - They answered email inquiry regarding order status and replied that they had a high volume of orders and to be patient.
7/26/24 - I received email that shipment on the way with tracking number.
7/28/24 - I received an email with a shipping update and I realize it's coming from China.
8/10/24 - I keep checking shipping status and it's now only 4 days in transit.
People need an expectation of when they can expect to receive their items in case they are planning a move, taking a vacation, or other life events.

Horrible company and horrible customer service! Ordered grounding shoes in June heard nothing for a month, finally emailed them and they assured me they were in the mail. After 3 months finally received them. I do not want the shoes, they told me to contact them within 30 days if I wanted to return them. NO response to emails or phone calls!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I Know now I will have to eat the cost of the shoes... $62.00! :( I would give ZERO stars if allowed!!!

I ordered 2 sets of grounded fitted sheets and what I received was 2 flat sheets. Although, sympathetic to my plight, this company has not resolved my order and it’s been 6 months! I’ve emailed them more than 4 times and asked for a tracking number. They said it’s been shipped but have no number. Do NOT use this company! They don’t care about consumers.

I ordered a pair of grounding shoes June 3rd. I received an email confirmation stating that it had shipped and received a tracking number. The tracking number was A dead link. I contacted them several times through email and only received the same exact automated message thank you for my patients and assuring me the product is on the way. I tried calling customer service number and I could not get a hold of anyone Regardless of the time of day that I called. It kept telling me to email customer service instead. This went on for 2 months. I still have not received or heard anything from them except for the automated emails. I am now going to take the issue to my bank.

Was told bed sheets are on the way,
Since March ,Sent pictures on three different times,per Naturelink customer service requests. Nothing except it's a great product, it will be to you soon.
I spent over 150.dollars to be hood winked .They made sure the 90 days had went by ,then have stop responding .

I ordered King Sheets, a Ground Mat, and a Pillow Case and paid extra for 'expedited shipping.'

After almost two months, I finally received a 'partial' shipment and learned the grounding mat is no more than a mouse pad. Litterally.

Their phone number is disconnected; I received two emails from "Sara" (Kashif Shehzad) and the return address is a condo in New Port, CA.

So, Nature Link is a drop shipper named Kashif Shehzad living in New Port, CA.

DO NOT BUY FROM NATURE LINK OR SHOPNATURELINK.COM

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is a scam. Their customer service number listed on their website is NOT IN SERVICE. They take your money and you receive NOTHING! Don't fall for it. Their website needs to be taken down!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam and do not exist. I've ordered 2 pairs of shoes, and they will give you a fraudulent tracking number, when you call they tell you it's on its way, but it's all a lie. I asked for a refund and they will not get back to me. They are a fraud. Whatever you order will never arrive and you just gave your credit card to a scam in another country. I've worn my bank and they are aware of this company and have had many people go through the same problem...don't get scammed!

Definitely a scam. I placed my order a month ago, got a fake tracking number a week later and every time I email them I get vague email back that seems to be from a bot. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'm disappointed too because I was really excited for the shoes I ordered.
