Wand received broken, 3 weeks late, wrong product, accessory didn't fit. Support is slow and dodgy, useless, pretends not to be able to open the attachments in emails to see the defects for themselves
Wand was received broken. Many attempts were made with the merchant to resolve the issue. Merchant promised a new wand - never received. Merchant offered a 20% refund + a new wand and again, the wand was never received. Merchant stopped communicating - no resolution. This is/was an awful situation, and I would not recommend this merchant to any consumer.
I ordered this for my "Potterhead" Wife with the hopes of getting it for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive when expected (Probably delayed at customs), but when I opened the box the charging unit had come away from the wand and wires were showing. More importantly, the wand failed to work properly before failing completely on first use. DO NOT BUY!!!
100% a scam. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but came after New years. We got our order but received nothing that was supposed to come included. we have messaged back-and-forth with the company and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. Do not order.
Shipping said it was delivered but never was. Then support tickets are all autogenerated fluff. This smells like a scam. I doubt I'll receive my item. Sad this was meant for Xmas gift. Shipping tracking site 57track has only existed for a few months. The company said they would investigate my missing shipment. Then send me another tracking number that says it was shipped BEFORE I initially opened the support ticket. So tracking site seems to just say whatever they want.
I ordered for a Christmas gift, and it still has not been delivered. It has been almost a month. It ships from overseas, and the support is nonexistent. It takes several days to get a response on inquiry - and then is a lot of sales fluff, but never any answers. Still not sure if the company is even valid or a scam. I would not order from this site as a consumer, due to non disclosure of shipping logistics
Lovely experience! I got one for me and my girlfriend and we have so much fun with it hahah. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive but it was worth it. The quality is also good so far!
