Great Customer Service!
My grandson loves the Mystery Tackle Boxes. Recently, I purchased two from a Karl's partner(Dick's Sporting Goods). I received two identical MTBs. Brandon, in customer service, was amazing in making sure I got a different MTB. It was my grandson's birthday, time was short, but Brandon made it happen. He is the best!

I made an order. Part of the order did not arrive in a timely manner. I contacted customer support. They sent a replacement which did arrive in a timely manner. However, the product was broken due to poor packaging. I contacted customer support. I sent them photos. They sent a replacement. It arrived in a timely manner.

Karl’s has become my go to shop
Karl’s has become my go to shop for all of my fishing needs and you simply can’t beat their customer service and their deals through the Karl’s Club program. The tackle insurance is a HUGE benefit and takes all of the pressure off using those higher priced lures for fear of losing them. Keep up the good work!

Since I shop at Shop Karl's my fishing is fantastic.
Since I shop at Shop Karl's my fishing has improved greatly. Great products where you will never find anywhere else. To go along with the great products are the great prices. The instructional videos on YouTube with LOJO,AYO, and NORM will show you how to use these lures.
