Lied and said they had a fireplace in stock and after 10 day admitted they didn’t. Put my project way behind schedule.

I ordered a BBQ grille from their website. I received a confirmation. The next day I received an email that simply said that the order was cancelled - no reason given. I called the company and found out that they no longer carry the grille. Fine. I also received an email that said a refund was issued to my AMEX card. It was not. I have called and sent email requesting the refund and/or a call back. Nothing. So once this company gets your money, you are no longer a priority. I now have to notify AMEX to stop payment to Marvellesures.

Great place to buy outdoor cooking supplies. I bought a grill stand and its awesome.

I was initially hesitant to order from Marvellesures after reading several negative reviews, but I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience reflected exactly what I was concerned about.

After placing my order, I was informed that the grill I purchased had been discontinued. Instead of honoring the original purchase or offering an equivalent replacement at the same price, I was offered an alternative model for $1,999 — significantly higher than the original $1,549 price I had agreed to pay.

This situation was frustrating and disappointing, especially since the product appeared available at the time of purchase. The experience felt misleading and poorly handled from a customer service standpoint.

I would recommend confirming product availability before ordering and being cautious when purchasing from this company.

This had no trouble accepting my deposit. The problem began once I tried to take my winnings out. My withdrawal keeps getting delayed without a clear reason. It has now been pending far longer than expected.

Update 2/10/2026 - I raised my review to 5 stars as Marvellesures was able to work out the issue with the manufacturer and is replacing the griddle. Once I was able to communicate directly with Marvellesiures (Max was the contact) he was extremely responsive and followed up on the items quickly. Thank you for resolving this issue and I would purchase from Marvel Leisures again.

Update 1/6/2026 - I raised my review to 3 stars at Marvellessures did respond to me after the 1 star review and is offering to assist, so I need to send them pictures. Will update again once we get a resolution but wanted all to know that I did get a response back with asking for pictures so they could work with the manufacturers. DMM. Origional review - Purchased a Twin Eagles 18" Griddle plate on July 3rd of this year and upon using it several times, the plate is now warping and twisting dramatically when placing hamburger balls on it. I sent an email to Marvellesures 9 days ago about the issue and to date, there has been no response from them. Leaving a 1 star review in the hope that I can change it when they respond (if they ever do) as I just sent a second email to them. So far, not responding to a customer with an issue on a product that was close to $1000 is not the level of service that I would expect, so as it stands today, I would not do business with Marvellesures as they appear to have no follow-up with customer inquiries.

The wring product arrived. I ordered the estate size log rack and received the much small standard size. I sent an email for contact. No reply. Please help get me the product I ordered and paid for. John

PO#1868. According to the email I was supposed to receive this in 5-15 business days. I ordered this Sept 18! I emailed them 2 times about a tracking number without response! 10/5/2025
