smooth transaction, customer service was good. Only problem is the shirt came with tissue paper on the front logo and was stuck on. Even after washing it, it is still there.

The Karl’s yearly subscription is fantastic. Basically, savings on everything in the store. The bundles and mystery boxes are amazing for new anglers or gifts to others getting into the sport. I think looking into better promotions for medium to expert anglers can improve more loyal customers.

The prices, product choices, and free shipping with a very inexpensive subscription can not be beat.

They have a great selection of baits are awesome prices. The monthly subscription boxes are a great way to keep the tackle box fully stocked and to try new baits that you may otherwise not know about.

Not sure where to start. I ordered a rod and a reel from Karl's. The reel arrived as expected but no sign of the rod. The order shows complete on the website and when checking the tracking it shows awaiting shipping?

Update to my order!!

I was contacted by customer service, and they admitted the error and accepted full responsibility. That said they immediately took the proper steps to correct this issue and get the product on the way. Good customer service is what we all expect, and I found that Karl's steps up when necessary to handle things with true professionalism. Thank you and I will order from Karl's again without hesitation.

Where to start first of all you talking about the amazing prices they have for the free shipping or the amazing discounts you get when your Carl's club member. Best place ever hands down fast and free deliveries, no problems ever with delivery best prices around.

Ordering is easy prices are great! It’s worth the membership fee. Karl’s Carrie’s a lot of baits you can’t find at other websites.

Holiday advent box, $hit box not worth the money. Had several stickers in it a few cheap hooks and plastic baits. While stickers are cool last i checked you can catch fish with them. Not at all worth the money.

Amazing deals, great selection and fun flash sales.

We had an issue with a produce we bought. I emailed the customer service email that was on the box. In less then 13 hours I had a response, and ways they could make it right! We contacted a couple of days, and they have not only fixed the mistake, but add to our product! Mitch is the person I was speaking too, and he was so accommodating and helpful! Thank you so much!

Great deals and excellent service! The membership alone has already paid for itself. Bought a rod/ reel combo that would have cost $20 more at Walmart and was able to get it in left hand retrieve! Had another rod replaced after breaking it, no questions asked. The members only deals are amazing. Would definitely recommend to any avid angler.

Karl's Club gives me the opportunity to get better prices than any local tackle store (Southern Ontario, Canada).
