If I can give it a negative rating I will! Big scammers alert! They will steal your money while you are sleeping and next thing you know your money has been credited to their site and there is no way to get it back. You can only use it to buy their overpriced product and might not be delivered as well. A friendly advise, avoid this site and stay safe everyone. Very shameful act for the owners and admins of this hideous site. ❌️❌️❌️

I tried to buy a product without saying that need to be a membership, soon they took money for product they made me a membership and charged me for this without sending me the product which I bought. When contact them, they are saying that I have a credit and I need to spend it on website and they will not refund any amount.

Bogus Website
I ordered an item, it didn't fit and was not as described. I emailed them and they said to return the item to address below 3465 McVaney Road Asheville NC 28801. I returned using UPS and they were unable to find the address I tried calling and the phone number was wrong. I email them about the address and they said good news we will be issuing a fill refund and you can keep the item (that doesn't fit). I put in a dispute with paypal and then they Shop for Gamers refused to refund me. I did win the dispute but then I got an email telling me that they don't want me to shop in their online store anymore. The audacity of these people, I should have received an apology. If they think for one minute that I would use them again. I do not recommend this sight and will not shop any other web-sight without checking to see if its legit.
In response to their reply that I had inappropriate behavior is also false information. I did exactly what they told me with the return. They refused to refund because I put in a dispute with PayPal. I have proof of all interactions with them. I have never in my life had to deal with people who just make up lies.
In response to the second reply, whoever is writing this reply, you should check your facts, you requested a picture after I had already put in the dispute with PayPal there was no reason for me to send a picture. Your address was incorrect. Your phone number was incorrect. You agreed to the return and then you denied it because I put in a dispute with PayPal. Also it did not fit and it was not made Swarovski crystal’s as it was advertised. I think it’s time for you to just apologize and let it go.

We strongly advise against such customers engaging in online purchases, as their actions can have a detrimental effect on the reputation of reputable shops and sellers
The buyer's claim regarding the incorrect size of the item, as stated in the PayPal dispute, is unsubstantiated. Despite numerous requests for photographic evidence, the buyer has failed to provide any supporting documentation. It is important to note that this item has been sold multiple times without any previous issues. In light of this situation, we kindly advise the buyer to exercise caution when making online purchases from other retailers in the future.

Responsive customer service but…
Our package came crushed and the item broken. However, when I contacted the company, they were very responsive; responses came within a few hours. After sending photos of the damaged item, the case was reviewed and I was advised to return it for a refund. I received a refund and an apology. It was frustrating to receive a broken item but I appreciate the responsiveness of the company. I’m giving 3 stars because the item was as described and authentic and the customer service was surprisingly good. They lost two stars because the packaging and delivery was subpar, not sure who to blame, and we didn’t end up with an intact dragon figure.
