Very disappointed with my experience with Khalsa Watch. It has been over 8 weeks and I still haven’t received my watch, even though the delivery time was clearly shown as 2–3 days.
No proper response to messages or emails, which is extremely frustrating. This feels like a complete waste of time and money.
I would not recommend this to anyone. Please be careful before ordering.

Its been around 20 days i have ordered a watch for my friends birthday party and I didn't received anything yet, the customer support is really awful they didn't borther to pickup phone or reply to emails, contacted several times to Danny Singh but didn't bothered to pick up call. They are making communities name down by using khalsa word and fooling people by taking their hard earned money and time. I would wait 2-3 days more then look for any legal support from authorities in that case.

House of Khalsa was smooth, professional, and high quality. Great communication and customer focus. I'm happy with the result and would use them again.

Love the products and message but sadly can't say much positive if I don't actually have the product delivered after purchase. Felt completely pointless selecting express delivery. I've sent 3 emails with no response, yet I'm getting marketing emails every other day? All in all I'm pretty gutted and disappointed with my overall experience with the company.

Bought a watch when I tried to take the protective plastic off that's when the lens popped out. Send them two emails right away never got a reply. Their service really sucks and I would never buy anything from them again. These cheap watches are over priced and I would recommend not buying anything from them.

Absolute disgrace to the name of khalsa they are using . They are the worst vendors I have ever dealt with . I ordered two items and received one only . Have tried several attempts to connect and contact them but no success ..

Don’t buy anything from them

This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered two watches from House of Khalsa (Order No. #8995) and never received them. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and multiple emails, I have received absolutely no response.

Taking payment and then completely ignoring customers is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. There is zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I will never buy from House of Khalsa again. In my experience, they are misleading and cheating people while operating under the name of “Khalsa.”

Bought this watch for my husband , broke with in a use of one week. I tried to contact them for refund or replacement, nobody answer me back. Thank god I was thinking to buy for my kids as well but did not buy. Waste of money .

I bought a watch as a birthday gift for my wife. After placing my order, no one contacted me. After 20 days, I reached out by email and message, but there was no reply. I had to open a PayPal dispute. The next day, one of the owners, Danny Singh, called me and sent a complimentary watch while my original order was still in production. He told me to call him the following week for an update.

When I called, he kept asking me to close the PayPal case and offered me another watch for my wife, which I selected and sent details for. He never provided any update about the original order. The complimentary watch was poor quality. On the first day, the glass fell out and the dials were bent.

I kept calling to follow up about my original order, but the experience was very bad. They are not trustworthy. If you place an order, use PayPal and be prepared to chase them for updates because they will not contact you. They never reply to emails. If they promise something over the phone, ask Danny Singh to send a written email confirming it.

House of Khalsa will not update you unless you take serious action. I will never buy from them again and I have warned my friends and family on social media.

Disgraceful on the name of Khalsa don’t order anything from them please I order watch from 13 July all I got is lie from him I am sure he says his name dani singh but he got another name I hope he got locked up soon

Absolute Fraud

this Owner of thehouseofkhalsa is the liar of the century.totally thief and disrespecting many people under the name of KHALSA watches.i pay thru paypal so lets see how they deal with him and hope he will get jail time soon cheating so many people.he still robbing people online and look there fancy adds online which i got my eye on it but end of day i got fraud so please be careful people.i hope this help someone out there!! he will never ship your stuff if he do it will something real cheap watches.so be careful from this fraud.

I ordered 2 items and they haven’t delivered or refunded my money, still chasing

Wouldn’t even give this one star if I had the choice. The man is a fraud and a liar. Danny the owner had not given me a replacement for my order and is clearly lying about it. Bringing a disgrace to the Khalsa name. Customer service is disgusting. Do not buy from this page!!!!

Shameless - The company and the owners are the biggest frauds on the internet and ecommerce. Should be ASHAMED of using Khalsa in their branding, processing payments but not sending the items. I am sure Karma will catch up and they will be held accountable for their fraud.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, Pathetic service from these people. All fake marketing on the website. There is no way to get in contact with them. All they provide is a confirmation number and woop they’re gone. Just ghosted. Their phone numbers don’t work their contact information doesn’t work no one replies to the email I have sent multiple emails and yet no reply. These people are “FRAUDS”

I received the watch and it is absolutely beautiful. The problem is i did not get any tracking information considering i emailed them five times and get no replies. There is no way to contact them at all. The tracking number on on the shop app said it was not recognized. If it helps anyone i put the tracking number into google and Australian post tracking. It was the second website down that recognized the number and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number and i was then able to track my parcel. Very bad, no none existent customer service. The watches cost a lot so the customer needs some assurance they are not being ripped off but there is no way of telling whats going on because they do not reply to your emails.

Zero stars. Order #3566 placed on 9th February 2022. Today is 26th May. No update on the order. Just a fake reassurance that my order will reach me soon. The website says the customer will get tracking details. I have not received my product, nor the tracking details despite more than 3 months. My mother has a terminal disease and this watch was supposed to be a birthday gift for her. I have repeatedly requested for this to their customer service. Yet I have received nothing except a reassurance. And now I don't even get replies to my mails. These people should be ashamed for using the name of Khalsa for such deceit. No product, no tracking details, no refund. Absolutely disgusted.
