Incorrect address was provided to the delivery company so my package ended up in a random house. Customer service were helpful in assisting with a refund but overall not a good experience.

Great product. Arrived in really good time, a matter of a couple of days. Cool air all, features work well. Haven't used it remotely yet. Only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is it's not as sturdy and strong as it could. Base is very stable but the pole attachment feel significant less stable. Overall very happy

Good delivery time and the fan works great

The fan is amazing and keeps my rooms cool, given 4 stars because the bottom 4 screws holes are not located at the right places so only used 2 that fitted properly. Struggled for half an hour. Otherwise this fan is equipped with a remote control plus all the modern technology e.g. room temperature and different modes as well. Very quiet indeed. Just worried about the 2 screws that were not screwed in. Thank you! The delivered very speedy.

Great product. A bit vague about delivery but everything was ok on both occasions.

I ordered 2 tower fans, 1 arrived and is extremely noisy when it is on. Loud clicking sounds from the first use.

Ordering was easy, good price and free delivery. I had a message to say they would be delivered friday 3rd. Nothing arrived so I tried to contact Dimplex. (DPD had no tracking details) Dimplex have no phone contact and after sending emails /chat had no response. I was obviously worried that the delivery had gone wrong. I then had delivery details from DPD, arrived time /date as advised.. 2 days after delivery I had a "standard" message from Dimplex.

Product good. Delivery took longer than stated but understandable during heat wave.

easy ordering, prompt reply when I had a problem

I bought Dimplex Ion Fresh Tower Fan with Ioniser. While the fan is really nice, the performance not so much. Especially the noise. Some rattling noise comes out constantly, something like a dry bearing ( if there is any at all) which is very disturbing even during moderately loud movie watching, not alone sleeping. For sleeping is impossible to use this fan even on lowest setting as is way to disturbing. Customer service couldn't replace it as they are out of stock, so they offered me 10% refund. 10% refund for something i don't even use because it is annoying to listen. When i asked them about returning the product, they just went silent for over a week now. Some of their products might be good, but it's more like a lottery. And lets hope you won't need to claim anything, because then you need a good portion of luck.

I got excellent customer service from your online customer service staff, and by email. Things were fine until my order was sent out for delivery.

Your chosen delivery service, DPD, are useless. My parcel, instead of being delivered on July 3, was returned to a depot. Where it has been sitting ever since.

Their online customer service staff have a rudimentary grasp of the English language. What on earth is an "infirmed depot"?

DPD are so bad that if a company is using them as a delivery service, I will take my business elsewhere.
