Leider die Farbe von dem Sabonet Löffel haltet nicht lang
Leider seit einigen Monaten hab bemerkt, dass die Farbe bei den Sabonet Löffeln sich auflöst.
Es ist besonders bei allen kleinen Löffeln und bei 3 großen Löffeln. Es ist sehr schade, dass sie nur 1,5 Jahre lang halten können. Für diesen Preis hab mehr erwartet.
Kundenservice hat sofort auf mein Problem reagiert und versucht eine Lösung zu finden.

Ihr Sambonet Bamboo Besteckset wurde am Anfang Juli 2022 an Sie geliefert. Wir bedauern es aufrichtig, dass die Qualität des Produkts Ihre Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllt hat. Das Set verfügt über eine PVD-Beschichtung, die für ihre Eleganz bekannt ist. Allerdings handelt es sich hierbei um eine empfindliche Oberfläche, bei der es durch regelmäßige Nutzung und auch bei schonender Handwäsche mit der Zeit zu natürlichen Veränderungen kommen kann.
Wir schätzen Ihre Geduld und Ihre Bereitschaft, mit uns gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden, sehr. Unser Ziel ist es stets, Ihnen die bestmögliche Erfahrung zu bieten, und wir freuen uns, dass Sie unseren Einsatz in diesem Fall anerkannt haben.

Terrible.
I ordered some cutlery a month ago. For three weeks, there were no updates regarding the shipment and the customer service team was very rude when I inquired about it. A week later, I emailed them to ask when the items would come. They said that due to "warehouse closures," the cutlery wouldn't be shipped for another month. No one followed up on this or updated me regarding the status of my order. I asked for a refund and for them to send the package, and they never responded. There aren't words in the English dictionary for how bad I think this company handles business.

However, we would like to clarify the situation to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of the events. At SHOPDECOR, we are committed to providing exceptional service, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
You placed your order on August 9th, with an estimated delivery date of August 27th, as indicated in the order confirmation email.
On August 22, almost a week before the original scheduled delivery, when you inquired about the status of your order, we promptly informed you there could have been a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances related to the summer closure of our manufacturer, but we also assured you that your order would have been shipped no later than at the beginning of September, only a few days after the original delivery date.
We acknowledge your dissatisfaction with this situation and we did our best to address your concerns. In fact, we also took the initiative to explore every possible option to ensure your order would arrive as close to the original date as possible.
To this end, we have informed you that we would contact the manufacturer to arrange for a direct shipment with Priority service, which would have allowed us to deliver your order on time.
We have attempted to reach you by phone without success,
Despite our efforts to resolve the situation to your satisfaction and a long exchange of emails, you continued to insist on a full refund and the product being sent at no cost. While we strive to accommodate our customers' requests, it was not feasible to fulfill both a full refund and provide the product for free.
Given the circumstances and your request, we proceeded with the full refund as per your instructions and in order to process the refund we had to cancel the order either. It was not our intention to cause you any inconvenience, but rather to adhere to your wishes as best as we could, given the situation.
We take our customer service very seriously and always aim to provide the best possible experience. We are disappointed to hear that you felt our communication was inadequate, as we made multiple attempts to offer solutions that aligned with your needs.
We genuinely value your feedback and hope that you will reconsider your opinion of our company. Should you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
