Tax and Duty problem resolved
I received as a gift, 6 beautiful Ichendorf Botanica glasses. Two months later, I started to get invoices from Fed Ex for duty/tax. Since the gift was ordered through Amazon, I began trying to get help resolving the issue with them. After numerous calls, I was told, "sorry, we can't help." I tried with Fed Ex, who gave me no assistance. Only after I reached out to ShopDecor, did I find some help. Tiziana Romano was prompt, and helpful. She located the appropriate document which showed that they had already paid the duty. Following her direction, I sent it on to Fed Ex, and asked that they close the inquiry.
I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I was for her help, particularly after my inquiries to Amazon. I heartily recommend ShopDecor for their beautiful collection, and for their exemplary customer service.

L’attenzione che ho ricevuto da Shopdecor e in particolare dal signor Giulio merita ben oltre 5 stelle. Ho acquistato un set di bicchieri di design, trovandoli a un prezzo molto competitivo rispetto ad altri siti. Ma quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata la cura con cui è stato gestito il mio ordine per cui ho richiesto una consegna personalizzata a un punto di ritiro (cosa che non era prevista per un ordine standard). Il signor Giulio si è preoccupato di organizzare tutto nelle date da me richieste. Il pacco è arrivato imballato perfettamente (il contenuto era molto fragile) e il Signor Giulio si è preoccupato addirittura di chiamarmi il giorno seguente per assicurarsi che fosse tutto a posto . Davvero un servizio top !!

I would give 5 stars however it took 2 months to receive my order. I spoke with customer service and they were outstanding. They were very prompt with their responses, very polite abd very helpful. Will order from them again. Also I was able to get an item that I couldn’t order anywhere else.
