Avoid This Business At All Costs!
Unfortunately, this business let me down. I only gave the proprietor a chance based on her being Dr. Sebi's granddaughter. I had no problem with the shipping time being 25 business days or with the fact that she moved states and was still taking orders. Even when the owner sent mass emails stating that orders were delayed beyond the original shipping estimates, I still hung in there. Each email she sent clearly stated that we could email for updates or refunds if we no longer wanted to wait.
I never received a tracking number. 1st inquiry which was well past the delayed shipping estimates: the owner informed me that she hadn't received the ingredients necessary to fulfill my order. 2nd inquiry: I discovered that she received the ingredients and would ship my order within the next few days. I didn't receive a shipping notification. 3rd inquiry: I inquired about a tracking number and asked for a full refund if the items hadn't been shipped yet.
Within an hour of sending that email, I received notification from the business and PayPal that a refund for the full amount of $162.00 had been issued. Days later, I received notification from PayPal that the seller canceled my refund. No communication from the seller about this. I disputed the reversal of the refund. Once PayPal got involved, the merchant refunded some of my money. She is actually trying to keep a nominal amount ($4.84) without any explanation, although her email states that customers will receive a full refund if requested. So now I'm counting on PayPal to get the rest of my refund issued.
Stay clear of this business. This proprietor is offering desirable products and using her grandfather's good name to sell them. However, she's in no way equipped to service the public and lacks professionalism. Canceling a refund without notification, still not sending the products, then trying to keep a portion of the refund is dishonest and unscrupulous.
