Paid a good amount of money for some…
Paid a good amount of money for some decals to zen Graphics ,unfortunately they were not the right size for my vehicle as advertised , my initial e mail to them was answered but they have failed to reply after further requests for a re fund , looking on other reviews other people are also being ignored, hope this company doesn't think they can just take our money without re course .

Quick shipping from the UK to the US. The decals were color and size correct.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the vinal could be a little thicker. One of my decals tore while applying it to my car, and thus I wasted my money on that one.

Zen Graphics had the complete factory…
Zen Graphics had the complete factory decal package for my Yamaha FJ1100, including the fairing and tank stripe. I was very impressed with how quickly they processed the order, the detailed tracking link and how fast it arrived to my door in Canada. I did reach out to Zen Graphics after I placed my order with a question about the decals. The customer service was friendly and quick to respond. The decals look just like the originals. A perfect product!

As it stands we're at 10 working days which is the minimum expected dispatch time currently as stated in the T&Cs you adhered to at time of ordering. This information is also displayed on each page of the website and during checkout. We try to keep this as up to date as we can based on the number of orders awaiting manufacture.
Everything we do is made to order and it's an unfortunate circumstance where periods do occur when the dispatch times are extended.
