Costumer online chat service went outstanding quick to speak to an agent and was able to info me quick I joined this provider because heard many great review and great plans for people renting and living alone from others who use the same company

I needed a couple of things changed in my profile and so the chat agent was able to take care of that for me.

Angel Emmanuel was very helpful.

Kathya made extra efforts to assist me and answer all of my questions. She helped me today and went above and beyond to assure that I was taken care of.

We have been customers for 10 years and in 1 or 2 times it was a problem with the bill and I need help...
Did I get it? NO, they make it things difficult and lazy in their intent to help.
When we moved, I call to cancel service cause we went with another company, and they say if we do something for you not to go or we can give you special rate...DO YOU REALIZE HOW RIDICULOUS YOU'VE BEEN?!!! When I need help, you do not care and Now, the protocol you have is for the customer not to go?
Dumb ....you don't not go by the customer but by the book and that doesn't work

“My experience with TXU was extremely disappointing. TXU reported a negative mark on my credit even though the contact information they had on file for me was incorrect. I never received a single call, text, or email from TXU because they were using the wrong phone number and address in their system. As a result, I was not notified of any issue until it had already impacted my credit.

Once I discovered the mistake, I paid the full balance immediately. However, the lack of accurate communication, failure to verify customer information, and the impact it had on my credit score is unacceptable.

TXU needs to improve how they verify customer details, notify customers, and prevent these types of avoidable credit reporting problems. Accuracy and communication are basic expectations for any utility provider.”

Kathya the csr I spoke with helped me with my extention and even gave me information on getting assistance with my bill. I felt heard and understood and I really appreciate her.

The agent helped me and she got my lights on as soon as possible… and set me up with a payment extension and I didn’t miss any money because my lights popped off while I was on lunch and then they were able to be turned back on since I work from home while I was still on lunch

I absolutely am in awe . I thought i wouldn't get any help but I figured the worst ill hear is a NO. But Diana went above and beyond in helping me with my problem.
