I have been with TXU since 2004, and when I have fallen into trouble with the bill, I have been able to contact them and get arrangements made to help with the payment. Well after the Government shutdown back in Oct 2025, it effected me more than expected. After a couple failed attempts to try and catch up, I spoke with Kathya who took the time to explain what had happened up to this point, and explain exactly what was going on. Before contacting her, I was expecting to be paying much more than I actually owed. But after her patience and taking her time, I realized I was going to be all caught up. It is good to know there is still genuine caring and compassionate customer service out there. Thank you to Kathya.

I had a very wonderful experience today. A young lady by the name of Kathya was very helpful with providing assistance with the payment of my bill.

I'm just starting my experience with TXU but so far so good! Being able to split the deposit made my move a bit smoother which was greatly appreciated! My move day changed suddenly just days before my electricity connection date and Diana was able to help me quickly over chat get that fixed! Thanks Diana!

I have been in a rough spot after loosing my job . I’m a single mom of a 2 year old trying to make ends meet with no other help in this world. Angel Vasquez was so helpful and understanding it has brought me to tears. I pray their cup never runs empty & they are blessed and all their prayers are answered. Angel was the only one to help after being in contact with multiple other agents!

I don’t know how it happened, but I was paying about $250 for the SAME cent per kWh and my new bill with Frontier Utilities is only $90!! And I’m living the SAME exact way!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!
