They have stolen money from my account twice and sent product once. Their website is now gone and they are scum

This company has stolen my money. After not receiving my product after 6 weeks they cancelled my order and said it would take 5 days for my refund of £49.00 the take take affect. Its been a month and no refund and now they are ignoring me. The police is going the investigate this for thieft along with my back. Dont not buy from them. Disgusting.

It’s a scam. Garbage product that doesn’t work and tastes terrible. Will charge you a subscription without you signing up and won’t send the product after the first order but continue to take your money. I had to cancel my visa because of this company. Stay away!

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I don't even recall ordering the "cutting mix" I received - it is not something I would ever order - and I definitely did not sign up for a $50/month subscription! They say you can cancel via a link in your confirmation email, but I never got such an email. Links on the site to "subscriptions" go to an unloadable page message. I can't even figure out how to return the product...

Never received the product, contacted the company no response. Do not use.

Purchased a buy 1 get 1 deal took about a month to get the product. Then on both June 14th and July 14th the company withdrew money after I sent emails starting on June 14th that I did not agree to such terms of a subscription. Received numerous emails back stating they were reviewing and cancelling my subscription but here I am leaving a review because it didn’t happen. I’m waiting on a return call from my bank to dispute and change my debit card.

It’s a scam. They took a large sum of money from my account unauthorized and I’ve emailed multiple contacts and messaged and tried everything for months and then don’t even have the decency to respond.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on May 18th, today is June 19th & still no product. Today there's a charge of $50 on my back account, what for? There's no customer service number to contact them, so I sent an email. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge. If they are a real Company, they need to do better, send the product people pay for & don't charge people's card to scam them.

I purchased an order from truevia cutting mix I bought 2 and get 1 free package for $50 about a month and a half ago and haven't received it yet . I can't track it because I deleted the tracking number by accident .

Can you help me receive my package

I ordered my product over a month ago and I paid expedited shipping 5-7 day for a sample money back promise then today I just got charged 50$ I had no clue this was going to happen and I can’t afford this right now and I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel everything! Idk what to do or how to do it ! Any suggestions

I ordered a 4 month supply from mytruevia and it took 3 weeks to get a package from them and when I did I received a small package with 10 packs in it. I emailed them and they told me that each pack was for 3 days. That is messed up how am I suppose to measure that. Even if that was the case where are the other 3 months. It's a scam and they are quick to take your money and screw you over. This company needs to be shut down. Companies like this are the reason real companies have a hard time

It’s been almost 1 month since I placed my order. They were quick to take my money. Never a tracking number or order#. Hate it when people take advantage of other people. Being a Senior Citizen, my budget is not very much.

I kept seeing ads on Instagram & usually I don’t fall for them but my trusty scam checker website said they’re legit, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a US$20 item.
FIVE WEEKS LATER and I still haven’t received my order AND they auto subscribed me to their monthly payment! I had to delete my card off the shop app so they wouldn’t be able to steal my money!!
They also say they’re based in the USA but when they finally gave me a tracking code after asking for it a couple weeks later, it was for a Chinese courier service, so their stuff comes from China! It shouldn’t be a surprise since everything is made in China now, but I don’t trust any edible things that come from China and am disappointed that it’s not coming from the USA.
Avoid at all costs!
