Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Mercedes Petronas. The item I received was of noticeably poor quality — something I wouldn’t expect from a brand that claims to represent performance and precision. Sadly, after looking into other reviews, it seems like poor quality is a recurring issue and almost standard for this shop.
On top of that, I had to pay €7 for the return shipping myself, which is unacceptable for a brand of this size. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of care — both in terms of product quality and customer service.
If you’re a true fan or collector, I strongly recommend buying from reputable resellers or companies that actually value and respect collectible items. Mercedes Petronas clearly doesn’t.

Delivery Disaster: Customer Service Nightmare
In what can only be described as a masterclass in customer service incompetence, this company has managed to transform an enjoyable product experience into an absolute travesty of consumer experience. Not only did they spectacularly fail to deliver my items to the correct address (which is not completely their doing but their responsibility), but they've subsequently demonstrated a level of customer support so abysmal it defies belief.
Instead of taking responsibility for the glaring error, they've chosen to abandon all semblance of professional accountability. Their response? Callously pushing the burden of the mistake onto me, the customer who trusted them with a straightforward transaction. The audacity is matched only by their complete unwillingness to resolve the situation.
To add insult to injury, not only is my product M.I.A, but they have also refused to process a refund. Their customer service team appears to have been trained in the art of customer frustration rather than resolution. This isn't just poor service; it's a masterpiece of corporate indifference.
My recommendation? They urgently need a comprehensive re-education in the fundamental principles of customer service. Their current approach is nothing short of a textbook example of how to alienate and infuriate customers comprehensively.
Zero stars would be a generous rating.

Shame on you. I've been a Mercedes customer for about 10 years and spent lots of money on merch . Massive LH fan and probably I'm treated like this because helft. No wonder why. Your customer service is a disgrace. You keep trying to blame me for not receiving a Xmas present for my husband. After reviewing here you replied to contact you through your customer service, which I did with no success. Shame on you. Hope you had a better Xmas than my husbands. Thanks God I don't have to shop with you ever.

Disappointing Experience with Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Online Store
I recently purchased the Abu Dhabi Lewis Hamilton helmet from the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team online store, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The helmet arrived with a ripped and squashed box, and upon inspection, I found that the stickers were peeling off and there was bubbling on the paintwork at the top of the helmet.
What's even more disappointing is the response I received from the customer service team. Despite acknowledging the defects, they claimed that these issues were "technically unavoidable" and expected me to pay for return shipping. This is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price of £180.
As a fan of the team and a customer who expects a certain level of quality, I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled. The lack of responsibility and care for the customer's experience is shocking.
I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team online store. The quality of the products and the customer service do not match the high standards that the team claims to uphold.

Worst Delivery Experience Ever from Mercedes Store
I had the worst experience with the Mercedes store’s delivery service. They falsely advertised on their website that my order would be ready for next-day collection, so I paid an additional £4.95 for that option. I specifically needed the hoodie for an F1 exhibition I had booked, but even after 4 days, the item still hadn't arrived. This was a complete letdown, and the lack of clear communication only made it worse. If you're going to charge extra for next-day delivery, at least make sure you can fulfill that promise. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bei den Preisen mehr Qualität gewünscht!
Die Qualität der Ware ist leider bei einigen Produkten nicht immer die Beste, was man ja bei dem Unternehmen anders erwartet und bei den Preisen erst recht, außerdem muss man bei den Rücksendungen die Versandkosten selbst tragen, finde ich bei so einem Unternehmen ebenfalls schade.
Aber insgesamt klappt alles und mit vielen Produkten bin ich auch wirklich sehr zufrieden, jedoch wünsche ich mir eine bessere Qualität bei den Preisen.

Bonjour, désolé je ne peux pas mettre 0. Alors j'ai retourné une commande de deux tee shirts pour une raison de mauvaise taille depuis le 12/07/2024. Depuis aucune nouvelle pourtant mon colis mondial relay est bien arrivé et j'ai relancé plusieurs fois pour avoir des nouvelles concernant ce remboursement. Je commande très souvent je vais sur les grand prix de f1, je suis enormément déçu actuellement.

Horrible quality and poor customer service
Bought a top - 'LEWIS OVERSIZED MENS 2024 TEAM DRIVER TEE WHITE
size: Small' - horrendous. It was massive, was terrible quality (like something from Wish) and they charged me to send it back. Really bad - they had pics of Lewis wearing the Tommy Hilfiger top to adverise it but sent a different top. When I queried them on it they said it is a replica top.. so basically false advertising by not showing what they were actually sending. Refund takes ages, very disappointed, would have expected better from such a big brand.
