Todo muy bien!

I was informed that i would not have to pay duty on 2 bikes i purchased(i have the email saying this)basically the information i was given was utter rubbish and have had to pay an additional £3209.70.Also 1 of the bikes had a defect and i was told various things but in reality nothing happened and i had to buy replacement parts myself.

The bikes i bought are superb but the shop is best avoided.

I bought a new bike (Giant TCR) which was shipped to Greece. The bike was delivered earlier than expected and it was very well packaged! Once received, a minor adjustment was only required (front derailleur) and it was ready to go.
The whole experience and communication with the shop was great and I will definitely consider it for any future purchases.

For a few months, I shopped around to see who provided the best deal for Bassos. A family friend was in Barcelona at the time, asked around, and mentioned this was a great place to purchase a bike.

Eat Sleep Cycle made it easy and enjoyable to purchase the Basso Venta. They communicated the timeline and cost, which were both accurate. It took a month from when I paid to when I started to ride.

To all the Americans searching for a new bike, contact Eat Sleep Cycle to save time and money. For context, the same bike with Shimano 105 was over $4.1k in the United States. Since the exchange is favorable now, I paid less than $2.5k for the same bike and groupo combo. Don't get price grouched!

I couldn't recommend this shop enough. The experience was seamless!
