We have thoroughly investigated the matter to understand what went wrong. Our records indicate that while we did receive your returned package, it unfortunately did not include a return form. This essential document is necessary for us to process refunds efficiently.
Furthermore, we discovered that the email you sent to us ended up in our spam folder. We have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future and have provided you with a copy of the email as proof.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and it is disheartening to receive such negative feedback. We wish you had contacted us directly by phone so that we could have resolved this issue more quickly.

Excellent service
I ordered shoes from here , the delivery was very quick. I placed the order on a Wednesday and the item arrived on Friday.
Unfortunately I had to return as they were a little on the big side but the returns was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

Inside screw
The boots are beautiful but they have an inside screw attached to the heels, it killed my foot.
Don't understand why that is there.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem with your boots. Although we check each pair of shoes before we send them out, unfortunately a defect like this one would be very hard detect on initial inspection, as it is a fault inside the shoe, that only comes to light when the shoe is worn.
Of course, if you contact us in regard's to this matter, we will always try to help, and get the problem rectified asap.
