This is a scam! Do not trust this company. I never signed up, yet they tried to charge my card $29. I had to cancel my card for fraudulent activity, and now I have to do the same to my email account. They are preying on innocent people.

It may appear like a pending charge, but no money is actually collected, and it typically automatically falls off within a few business days, depending on your bank. If the membership is not active or the payment does not complete, the authorization simply expires.
That said, we take concerns like this very seriously, and we’d be more than happy to:

Ensure everything is fully canceled
Double-check that no charges went through
