I started my own business in June of last year and was recommended Ship.com for shipping. It’s easy, convenient, price friendly, and I’ve never had issues. Highly recommend using. Easy to print labels and drop off or have picked up when ready to ship.

Easy to use, discounted shipping rates, tracking! Love using this service, especially because it syncs with square!! I do have a handful of packages that have been delivered that still show as “in transit” on the website. These push to the top mixing in with my actual in transit packages.

I switched to Ship a few years ago and I admit I can hardly remember life without it! The way it integrates with my business so seamlessly is such a huge help and it is SO easy to get my packages shipped in a flash with just a few clicks! On the very very rare occasions when I have needed assistance the customer support has been fast and helpful. I'm able to keep track of all my shipments so easily - I have never considered trying anything else since I started using Ship.com! Thank you for a great service!

I have been using zensales/ship from almost the very start. I joined in November 2017 and haven’t ever looked back. I came to them after trying both shippingeasy and stamps. I found ship.com extremely easy and straight forward to use. I ship anywhere from 2-4,000 packages a year and have nothing but positives to say about my experience over the years. Rates are competitive and comparable to other companies.

It was nice to have a forwarding address so my paid invoice’s automatically are in the system with a mail forwarding rule or I can upload a csv if needed. I can see my items sold on each order and the customers details. I also love that I can reprint my labels as needed if I mess up while packaging—which was a big selling point and something I wasn’t able to do on another service when I switched. And the batch purchase feature is beyond helpful during those super busy times like Black Friday!

Above all the customer service is what keeps me here. It’s top notch— on the few occasion I’ve had issues, Lexie and her team have always been on the ball ready to assist at all hours, finding a solution or fixing any new issues as quickly as possible. I’ve always been blown away by how helpful they are in every situation… something I could not say for the other services I used.

I know I can depend on ship.com for all my shipping needs — something I am grateful for as a business owner. I can count on one hand the number of times the system has been down in 5 years times…. Remarkable if you ask me! (Better average than Facebook!)

I would sincerely give them a million stars if I could!
