Account setup was easy and immediate. Shipped my first item and that went easy as well. I had questions that were answered quickly. So far, everything goes very smoothly. I love it!

They don’t save you any money in shipping. It’s a membership scam.

Ship.com is quick to respond to my concerns. I was surprised! I asked them to refund my automatic deduction I paid because I decided just to ship on demand for my business. I had a hard time though in sending my first package. It was confusing how to put the right weight of the products I would send in the app.
