Bought a dress on here for my sister but when it arrived it was so tight she couldn`t even begin to zip it up. We informed the company and since then have been fobbed off with a disgusting offer of a paltry £8 refund. Not a lot when the dress cost £106, Totally disgusted with the way I am being treated, Don`t buy from this company , not worth the hassle.

My mum ordered her dress from Shillas over 2 weeks ago, when the dress arrived it was nothing like the photo, it also had glue dripped on the front of it which was clearly visible.
She emailed them regarding a refund and they have offered her an 8% discount for a dress which cost her £130. Shillas website states that if you're not happy with the dress they will offer a refund or make another dress. Clearly this isn't the case as my mum is still fighting to get her refund.
Yesterday I found Shillas Facebool page, I commented on the photo of the dress stating for anyone to not use this company, explained the issues we were having and asked how they would deal with the issue. I checked for a response this morning only to discover they have deleted my comment and blocked me from their page.
This is becoming laughable, do they really think they can do such a thing? Talk about bad service. Time to get shaming this company wherever I can and time to take this further. Well done Shillas (sarcasm)!!!!

Purchased a dress online from their website which is registered in the UK but is actually in Singapore or Hong Kong. Received the prom dress, it looked like a two year old had made it and had no resemblance to the dress we ordered. My daughter could not even do the zip up as the top half of the dress was so small compared to the waist. We emailed them to request a refund and have been emailed back and told to sell the dress to someone else, or get the dress tailored/altered to suit. The last email from them stated that they would give a partial refund of £10 when we paid £120 for the dress. I have also Sussed out that the positive reviews are written by an employee or friend as the sentence construction is the same and they post 3 positive reviews to counter the negative 1. Save yourself the hassle.CROOKS! It is now 2018 and I am still waiting for their dept to contact me through my email box! This issue was never resolved!!

Terrible poorly made products and terrible customer service
I bought a dress apprehensively online, and it surpassed my expectations, in a bad way. The good comments on the site are amazing as the product I received, was ill fitting, and if you want to achieve tacky and cheap, it's a really strong contender. Despite measuring the required parts the dress is too long and would need refit in UK. I am very disappointed that when I state I needed to return, it is so difficult to do. I will be using all the UK consumer rights advice re this, but do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere! It's just not worth the pain with Shilla. Awful.
