I have had THE WORST experience.
I have had the worst experience.
I travelled an hour and a half to the store in Green Street and tried a dress on in size S. I was given a new dress from the stock room, only to find out the sizing was completely different to one I tried in store and the dress did not fit when getting it home.
Since the wedding is in a week, I made an order online in a size M, and this has arrived.
I called the store to explain and kindly ask if I can post the one which was sized wrong back to the store for a refund, since this was not my error, I have still purchased from them. The lady told me it was MY fault, and I can only have an exchange or credit note. I tried explaining that I have already re-ordered the same dress, due to THEIR ERORR and I just want to get a refund on the dress which I was given in the wrong size. She was incredibly rude, shouting at me saying it was my fault.
I've never had an experience like it.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - if you can call it service!!

Appalling customer service - Poor quality products - please don’t get caught out - double check the entire garments faults are well hidden- refused a refund 15mins after purchase
Appalling customer service, I decided not to take to court as I just don’t have the time. I would strongly encourage customers to stay away from this business. If I could give less in terms of stars I would the service I received from the shop was absolutely appalling I purchased an item and 15 minutes later I return the item as it was faulty they refused to provide me with a refund and I was rightly really confused as to why this was the case, the manager in charge came across very arrogant and aggressive. The service was absolutely appalling and given how I was treated I think the behaviours displayed by the leadership team are are unacceptable. The branch in question was the Bradford branch based on Leeds Road. W

Trousers and kamiz too tight…
Trousers and under kamiz too tight couldn’t wear it i had to use different top underneath and different trousers, also meterial is not soft as i thought so I washed the trousers so i couldn’t even return the dress, very disappointed, looks cheap not worth for tge money i paid. Waste of money.

I ordered a long dress for Eid but my order wasn’t the same as the photo. The dress had hanging beads at the bottom of the dress picture but the dress I received didn’t have. The main reason I ordered this dress was because of the beads which makes it more classy. I was very disappointed and it was too late to return coz Eid was close.

My dress came promptly with DPD
My dress came promptly with DPD. It is of very good quality and you definitely get your money’s worth. The embroidery is super detailed and very heavy. The stitching is also well done. It’s only certain coins that aren’t stitched on very well but everything else is pretty much on point
