Scam company-not helpful
Ordered online and paid around £90 for dress plus £9.99 postage. Dress arrived ripped and embroidery on it was defected. Called to ask for
replacement they simply said they don't have in stock. Told me to send it back, and order something else online and pay for that delivery
too. Whole week tried to get this issue sorted as had a family event which I needed to wear that and they don't understand anything and are not
even helpful. Just kept on saying we don't have any other solution and so called manager is abroad and apparently no one is at his replacement. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. A big no to their services. Worst ever experience.

Quick delivery, beautiful clothes
Needed outfits last minute and was able to have them delivered within a couple of days of ordering. They looked beautiful, and will definitely order from here again.

Stunning product and perfect customer service!
I bought online and accidentally ordered the wrong shade of colour. I then phoned customer service who promptly amended my order which I received the next day! The pictures on the website don’t do it justice; the dupatta I ordered was absolutely stunning in person. Overall great product and great customer service! Can’t wait to shop here again.

Absolutely over the moon with the waist coats I received. Ordered them Monday morning received them by Tuesday afternoon, great service. Will definitely be ordering again. They have an amazing collection of sherwani kurtas and salwar kameez.

Could have been better
The clothes were lovely in themselves, but we were sent the wrong sizes and pieces missing with the little amount of beading already falling off if nor already missing when initially opened. As it was close to eid we had to make do because we weren't able to return or exchange either given it was an online order. I had to sit stitching in similar looking beads I bought from elsewhere and pay for the sizes to be altered too.

The item arrived super fast! My first order was originally not the correct size, shiffonz were prompt and helpful with issuing my refund. The 3 piece suit was good quality and the detail was amazing.
