Awful customer service the store in Bradford is just honestly the worse store to go to. I give it to you you have nice clothes but you’re customer service is disgusting you don’t know how to talk to a customer. If I was you I’d go to another shop and look for bridal clothes if you want to be spoken to with a tiny bit of respect. They don’t understand the meaning of respect. I was here on the 3rd Jan 2022

Buy this for the wedding season
This dress is absolutely stunning. The quality is good and looks more beautiful in real life. I have been buying from Shiffonz for a good few years now and their customers service has been really good so far. I would definitely recommend buying this dress for the upcoming wedding season.

Whenever I buy from Shiffonz I am always disappointed. The size and colours are completely wrong. I have had to return both the clothes and pay £8.99 postage to return and also the £8 postage when I bought from online so wasted £16 for free. I wrote an email to you whether you can pay the £7.99 postage back to me as the clothes did not match the description online and had to be returned however no one took notice of this. If you carry on doing this you will lose trust within your customers…

Embroided jeans gems!
I purchased two embroided jeans through Shiffonz after trailing the internet, but most of the designs I wanted came with a hefty price tag. Stumbled across Shiffonz and I was suprised at both price and design, both were a win win for me. Designs are gorgeous and detailed and very comfortable. Would definitely buy again!!
