I love the shampoo and conditioner that I bought for my miniature poodle.

I have several broken parts on my 5 month old equipment. I have been waiting a month on customer service to send them. They don't respond to emails and phone calls go now where.

Still haven't received my table. Have sent out several email but I get no replys

So far I have had a great experience. Easy website(desktop) to browse, fast shipping and the bonus gift with purchase was a nice touch.

I absolutely love my Shernbao dryer. I use it everyday. It's my workhorse.
When other groomers in the pro groups I belong to ask advice on dryers similar to this, I always recommend the one I have or a nother Shernbao dryer.

The three stars are because for the first time I have had to change the brushes on a dryer myself. I know nothing about it.

I asked advice on my grooming sites and no one else seemed to really know how to do it and suggested that I look up videos online or go to the company's website.
I had no help from the company. The brushes came without instructions and videos online where generic for similar types of dryers but not this one in particular or this brand in particular.

It would be helpful if a company like this with such good products had some videos or directions with pictures or links to videos that could show us how to change such an important component on the dryer, which needs to be changed from time to time. Many groomers just tell me that they send their dryers out to other people to have that done. I don't think it's something you need to spend money having someone else do if you know how to do it yourself.

My product came damaged. I have not received the replacement part. It was difficult to contact the company to notify them of the damage. I ordered this because my dogs are blowing their coats now. I needed to use it right away. Still waiting...

Very upsetting the fact they don't tell you they don't have something they are selling.
I bought a table and it's been 3 weeks and it hasn't even been shipped. I'm still waiting

Very happy with the dryer however one attachment piece (round) is defective otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Super easy Ordering & quick efficient delivery. Will call to ask for new attachment piece.

I purchased this dryer for my daughter's groom shop,it lasted about 7 months then guit working.After looking at it I found out that the circuit board burned out in it. I tried to find a replacement circuit board on there web site but couldn't find one so I sent a email to the company but never got an answer!

Love this dryer, light weight, powerful blower and a heating element. It’s excellent.

I received exactly what I ordered. The reviews were accurate. The product is quality. There was a delay due to a backorder and someone called and made sure I was OK with that.

I really like the grooming table. I will invest in a different system to keep my dogs safe while I am working on them- but the table is sturdy and best of all, I do not have to bend so far over to groom and trim nails.

I ordered what was supposed to be 2 filter pads for my dryer. I received 1 filter that had been cut in half (you could clearly see the cut marks). I called the phone number the next business day when they opened. I was told that I should have in fact received two filters, although manufacturing is cutting them in half for some reason. I was told that a second filter would be sent out to me. That was several weeks ago now and I have not received the other half of my order. I was also disappointed with the layout of the website as I was not informed of shipping until after the order was completed. Shipping was more than the item itself, which is extra disappointing since I only received half the order, and the half I received was literally cut down the middle.

We received the Shernbao and it was all we expected the air flow was powerful enough and we had turn it down. We tried all three attachment and did not find them to be to loud and we have a small grooming shop.

I was really hoping this dryer would meet my needs and saw some good reviews on it. However, the loud noise was very frightening to my dog who is used to dryer noise. I did not like that in order to get warm air blowing you had to turn it to the loudest and most powerful setting. If I kept the air flow low to reduce the noise only cool air came out. We live in a cold climate and I need to use warm air when drying my dog.
