Speedy delivery- table arrived sooner than expected. Virtually no assembly needed. Table works great.

I bought the Tsunami Elite online to use for my labrador and the process was very easy. The Tsunami was scheduled to be shipped about 3 weeks from when I placed my order but I was notified of this before I checked out. I was happy knowing that a ship date was already set.
The Tsunami is fantastic and a bargain. It's quiet, has plenty of power and the nozzles are super easy to use. It fits my needs perfectly and the fact that it's a good looking blower is icing on the cake.
I was looking for a quality portable blower to dry my large labrador. I needed high output to dry his undercoat but quiet enough for him to be relaxed. And it'll fit on the floor or seat of a car.
A great blower and worth every penny. Super happy with Shernbao.

I was having difficulty putting my dryer together on a late Friday afternoon. I called the phone number given and a real person answered. I asked if I should send pictures with my questions on Monday. He said no, I could send them over on the weekend and he would se if he could help. Wow! I didn't expect that. As it turned out, I finally got it figured out myself.

I loved Shernbao's customer service. I live in Canada, and 1 year ago I bought a dog hair dryer, but unfortunately it stopped heating one day after the warranty expired. I sent an email to Daniel who promptly told me that he would solve the problem regardless of the warranty period. In a very short time, Alana called and emailed me ready to help me, and finally sent me a brand new dryer. That is benchmark customer service. Thank you Shernbao (Daniel and Alana), we are so happy!

Order took over 3 weeks to get to me. I had to call the company two different times to get my blow dryer here to me. No communication was given as to why my order was taking so long.

The one negative I have, is how difficult it was to connect to the dryer. It doesn’t twist on easily like you’d think. I ended up bending the wire & I might have it on secure now but it popped off 5x during my groom.

My order was delivered quickly and in great shape. I received an email offering me a discount on any future orders and the offer of any and all assistance I may require. The table itself is awesome, light, easy to carry to ringside and sturdy, even on grass.

The ordering and delivery was flawless. And customer service was exceptional.

I bought a very expensive electric tub. To start I had to hire a welder to fix it from leaking, the seams were not complete. And by design, lowering the table all the way actually crushes the drain hose between support bars. I am very disappointed in the experience and even more disappointed in the company for compensating me with a cheap pair of scissors and clipper... Starting a new business and this being my first big expense, I would not reccommend Shernbao.

Always quick service and quality products shipped and if I ever had a problem they are fast to fix

My tub is a great heavy tub. It would’ve been better with directions for set up. The chat person was very helpful since I wasn’t sure what I needed since I’m new to this. Delivery service was amazing left me know exact time so I could have someone there. Thank you!

Love my dryers have a grooming shop and needed something dependable

I really liked the experience of ordering from Shernbao. The shipping took almost a week, All the equipment arrived well. The stand dryer is very good and powerful, quiet as well, it makes my dogs less nervous on the table. They also included a clipper as a gift, very nice clipper and very quiet. I use these two products a lot now. I’ve never bought a Shernbao product before and I’m very happy with my purchase, I will definitely order more from them.

I give 5 stars because I didn’t get both items together so I got ahold of them and they were very fast to respond! I would highly recommend. Great customer service!
