Shipped quickly. Good customer service

This was not my first purchase from the company. This was my first groom table purchase. I cannot say enough great things about it. It’s very stable and solid. I love the “super low” position especially for large or older dogs. It reduces the need to constantly lift them throughout the day.

Our table arrived fine with no dents or scratches but when we used it and it fully extends is crooked by 10 degrees down and the whole z fold is crooked by a 5 degree angle backwards.

Fedex damaged dryer/shipping box split open. Shernbao refused to send return tag even tough multiple photos were sent of box prior to opening. Accessories missing due to opened box. Sent 6 or 7 emails, and Shernbao is mad at me because I won’t answer the phone. Uh, I work 14 hrs a day in the ICU. So when do I answer the phone? Between taking care of sick and dying loved ones. Yeah, no. This is why I email PLUS I have documented conversations in writing. Still no return tag.

The dryer barely lasted a year. It started smelling like burning electric wires and lost power. We were told we would receive a replacement blow dryer, however, we did not receive one. The representative we talked to said they could no longer help us. Don't waste your money!

I had absolutely no issues with service or buying from the website. Everything was easy and that made my buying experience that much more exciting. I love the drier I ordered. Works like a charm!

They will not honor their return policy. They are trying to bargain with me to keep the product and not do a full return

Great customer service! From order to delivery was much faster than expected!

The company itself is fine, but their products are poor. I own a grooming salon and have had to purchase nozzles for my high velocity dryer because within a limited amount of use, they crack. The first set that came with the dryer all cracked besides 1 (which is the one I rarely use) within a couple weeks of use. So I ordered replacement nozzles, and one cracked within 3 days of use. I don’t know what type of plastic they are using to create these, but they are extremely poorly made. I can’t be the only one with this experience.

Well to start i received the table very quickly but when i opened the box the table was broken in several places so i contacted someone from the company and he was sending a new top , well while waiting for the top i thought that i would try out the table to see if i like it , well i found that that table was very slow going up and down and that the table did not go up high enough that i would not have to bend to groom small dogs so again i contacted the same person and told him my issue and i understand it says in the description how high it goes but i didn’t know how that would work . So during the process of explaining this the gentleman tried to give me a new set of clippers for my troubles well i was not interested and i started to get a little upset with the whole issue i was having and not once was i offered to exchange the table so then when i mentioned it i was then told i would have to pay $650 to ship it back . I am not feeling this is very good customer service as i am not happy with this table .

Great product. I tried other brands of dryers for dogs but this one is the best. The customer service was 5 plus stars. Jacquelyn Alvarez helped me with my order. She was very understanding, professional and prompt in helping me with my order. Overall amazing company- great product and great sales folks!
