These are scammers. Do not buy anything from them.

Just like everyone else no delivery received despite a so called FedEx tracking number being received. Claimed a refund from my bank.

I been scammed by this company like every one else I checked them out all look good shed hasn’t arrived wouldn’t recommend them

I found the website via a Google search and used it to purchase a 6x3 shed. Initially everything looked good with an order acknowledgement and tracking details via FedEx. On the day of the expected delivery I received a message saying that the package had been delivered but I had not received anything. I communicated with them via the web chat function and they said the delivery had gone to their local courier who would deliver within 2-3 days. I received no further communication so yesterday and today tried to contact them via email and web chat, with no response. I then tried to call the phone number listed on the website and it gives a “this number is not recognised’ response. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Before placing my order I checked out the company on Google as everything looked legit and above board I didn't explore any further and went ahead and placed my order.
Like all other reviews which have been left by others my experience was the same. I ordered the new shed after we were victims of a serious fire which was deliberately started in the shed but rapidly spred to the house where we were sleeping at 5am on the 17th of July. We got out ok but due to having no house insurance were unable to claim for the extensive damage and loss of possessions. This scam company has left me feeling victimised all over again. Now I have to start the long drawn out process of trying to get my money back

Ordered a shed, got all the right emails and a 'tracking' number. Shed was 'delivered' but on the confirmation was not my house nor a shed in the photo and on the details of the package its weight was 0.7kg!
Have currently raised fraud report with the bank

This is a scam. As others have said, website looks legit and sent Fedex tracking number. But no goods delivered and company number and contact details all bogus.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Its been logged with the police and company fraud team, please all of you log your complaints with the police, contact your bank and they will start a fraud investigation.
I only noticed the scam today with the exact same issues as all other reviews.
My bank have advised the funds have gone to a bank in France.
The company reg number is for a dissolved company, used to fool buyers.

In my experience, this appears to be a scam. I ordered a shed for my mother-in-law, received an order confirmation and what appeared to be a FedEx tracking number. Delivery was scheduled for 16 September and the tracking showed "out for delivery", but the item never arrived.

Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The telephone number provided does not work and emails have gone unanswered. Due to the lack of delivery and inability to contact the business, I have reported the transaction to my bank and initiated a dispute.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before placing an order with this company.

Given false tracking information.
Fedex never had item.....it never existed.
Website looks legit but BEWARE its not.
False phone number, false address and fake number on Companies House.
Lucky I could charge back on credit card.

Scam - As others have said, sent a fake parcel weighing less than 2kg, 30cm packet to a close property via FedEx that should have been a 4m pergola. Parcel stated as delivered 3 miles away - FedEx have no information for a delivery to me at my property address. Avoid!

Scam alert.This company did not fulfil the order. The given phone number is not real and they do not reply to email. Payment made goes to a recipient in france
They used shop to show a fed ex tracker number but number is not linked to your name or address so unable to get any information from courier. Avoid at all costs as this is a Scam and you will not get your order. I have fully informed both Shop and Fed ex of their involvement in this internet scam

Scam! Ordered a garden shed, everything looked legit. Came to the day it was meant to be delivered and never turned up but showed on the track your item that it was delivered, even got a email saying it had been delivered. It was not, tried ringing the delivery driver on the number provided. Didn’t ring said it was a invalid number! Tried to ring the number on the website same again invalid number! Emailed the company no reply! Avoid !!
