My bread arrived in an old meat box…
My bread arrived in an old meat box with the packing tape stuck to the bread bags. This create large rips in the two of the 4 loafs and the bread had been exposed to the elements to and who knows what else before arrival.
No invoice, slip or instructions on how to return it.
Almost 24 hours later and no response from customer service.
I’m sure the bread is fantastic but can’t eat it because of poor packing/shipping.

The person placed 3 orders. Two of which had no issues. For one order, the tracking information showed the order was delivered but the person claimed they never received it. We opened a claim with the UPS, and they denied the claim, saying they delivered the order to the address provided.

They can't deliver to certain countries…
They can't deliver to certain countries for example Saudi Arabia. You will lose the shipping money when the product is back to them. I don't recommend.
I had to edit to reply to their false reply. I provided full details of my address and I receive things from Amazon and other online shopping sites without any problem. Take care of them.
This is my third edit of the review, they even questioned my experience by telling Trustpilot that my review is fake. I provided Trustpilot with all documentation that proves my experience with them, so my review is still online.

The customer provided us with the wrong address. We shipped the order and the order was returned to us because of the insufficient address. We issued the customer a refund for the product but not for the shipping fee because we already paid the fee to the USPS to ship the order and, as outlined in our return policy, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Company Customer Service is A+
We purchased a small boatload of items from ShelHealth, including chili seasoning packages to several kinds of cookies and dunkers in large containers. Our order promptly arrived in great shape except for one container of chocolate almond cookies, which had somehow become opened with it contents loose in the shipping box. ShelHealth's customer service replied quickly to our dilemma and settled our account accordingly. Very professional and businesslike. We will definitely order from this seller again.
