If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a case of a hard to find seasonal canned soda. It arrived quickly, but damaged, and in packaging from a different store. Every can had either exploded or bulged out and was about to. The packaging was wet and damaged. Customer service stopped responding after their first message, so I tried again and they again stopped responding after one less-than-ten-word reply. Next time I'll skip the middle man or just go without - too bad it took me 35$ to learn that lesson!

Edit to add - shelhealth tried to get my review taken down, by telling trustpilot it was a false review. I had to submit a screenshot of my receipt to have my experience verified. If I could post pictures, I would!

Very satisfied with customer service, I got answers I needed and was surprised with fast shipping! Great! Would buy again!

An easy to navigate website and order process. Ordered box of collagen, product was delivered undamaged and well packaged. However it took a little bit more than expected to receive the order.

Ordered some snacks that were very difficult to find onlibe. Happy with the products and very pleased with the packaging. However the shipping took much longer than expected.

I just placed an order with Shellhealth for bulk cleaning supplies. I feel I got as good a buy, if not better, than if I had bought these items on amazon.com. I made purchases from Shellhealth all through the height of Covid. I found them to be very reliable and I was able to buy items I couldn't find anywhere else, at that price. I am very grateful.

I ordered something a week ago and never got confirmation that it shipped. An email to customer service inquiring about when will it ship is still not answered (sent a day ago). Apparently that is their standard operating basis.

If you look them up at the BBB they have an F score. There is an address there I (which Google shows as a private home) and a phone number (useless, and another sham). Judging by the website (created in 2022), no address or phone number on the web page, no response to emails, length of shipping time, and data in the other reviews, I am wondering if this company is some Chinese ripoff that uses the US address as a decoy.

6-30-22 Upgraded from one star to two because out of the blue, 20 days later the product arrived. Except by now I already got a refund from PayPal and the company has been unreachable.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They provide you no customer service, they do not provide responses or refunds for damaged or missing items. I ordered snacks for disabled children I work with. The order arrived late, in a thin cardboard box with NO padding and every bag was completely crushed and full of crumbs. I sent a dozen photos showing the destroyed box, the lack of even a shred of bubble-wrap & each bag of crushed snacks. They refused to refund the money unless I returned the entire box *at my expense*. I told them that I was disabled and cannot drive. No response. Since then they have continued to use Trustpilot to check on my reviews every few months to try to remove my review so that they can increase their review rating. You can tell which are fake (positive) reviews and which are not. The negative reviews are accurate. This is an unreliable, unresponsive, unethical company.

They have no way to communicate with customers in real time ordered on 9/2, cancelled through email on 9/7, tried calling 3 times 9/7-9/8 no ANSWER left a message even though not invited to. The company sent a shipping conformation 5:30 PM ON 9/8 I replied to customer service email to cancel...nothing. After I disputed the charge then I got an email saying there is a no cancellation policy. Buyer beware!

I was looking for some snacks for my birthday which was 6/15. There was a lot of snacks to choose from. I placed my order 6/11 and it arrived just on time. No regrets!

I ordered Belgian Waffle mix from ShelHealth, but
realized that the order was a duplicate and was unnecessary, and now unwanted.
The website offers a link to customerservice.
I've sent a message a day trying to cancel the order. There is no recognition that my messages have been received - it is as if there is no one there.
[added] It's worse than that they don't listen - they delay listening until it's too late for them to act. On the 4th day, the message is "Too late to cancel, it's already shipped." Fortunately, the payment agents can also be called into play. [end added]
They need to pay attention to their email inbox.

I placed an order for Brazil nuts and they were to arrive in a timely manner. Was anticipating getting them and Shelhealth had sent me tracking number and kept me updated on shipping and delivery dates. Very informative and courteous to me, as customer. However, USPS notified me that my order had been delivered and I couldn't find anywhere. It's come 2 days later, but when notifying Shelhealth, they were going to pursue it and help me, as well, although they probably really didn't have to. I informed them right away, once I got my pkg. That was a strange situation. Have no idea exactly what happened, but I know Shelhealth was not to blame. A very good company to do business with and they are helpful!

I really like this online store, the order came fast and packaged well. No any issues.

This company was great my product was going to Michigan and they are in California, I ordered the Ezekiel flour Tortillas and they have to stay cold, when I receive them they were in a styform cooler with ice bags and they were still very cold. So if you are looking for something and can't find it this is the place, they care and did a fantastic job getting the product to me. Thanks again we need more business like this.!!!!!!!!! 😊
