Quality is excellent. Size is generous. But it took me a long time to unpick the machine label from the back of the neck. Twice I was told I’m wearing my top inside out!

The customer service is second to none, the packaging is on another level and the quality top notch. Not all fits or styles will suit everyone but I really recommend trying!

Amazing repairs to old sweater
I love the Sheep inc Crew Neck Light sweaters , and have bought several over the past years . I wear one pretty much daily and as they become less than pristine, downgrade to wearing on the farm, dog walking, gardening etc.
I read of your free repair service. My oldest sweater really was so well worn and damaged as to be unwearable, one elbow completely worn through, equally large wear holes at the front and side, plus several pulled threads and smaller holes.
I didnt think SEAM would even attempt such extensive repairs but - rather tongue in cheek - sent it off anyway.
I received it back today, beautifully packaged and it’s amazing, the darning matches perfectly, in fact you have to look quite closely to see.
What a great service, thank you.

So much for lifetime repairs…
First of all, I’ve had several Sheep inc items (sweater,cardigan,scarf) and all has been well. When a jumper developed two small holes I sent it off to the “knitwear clinic” in the expectation they would expertly and invisibly mend it better than I could. Big, big mistake! It came back several weeks later with two inexpert and highly visible darns, not even in a matching wool. I either have to put up with a £200+ sweater that now looks as if I found it on a scarecrow (no exaggeration) or very carefully unpick the appalling “repair”, find some matching wool and try to pick up the broken stitches myself. Disappointed & dismayed doesn’t begin to say it. What is Sheep inc playing at? Their lifetime repair service turns out to be meaningless.

Depending on the severity of the damage it may not be possible for the hole to be repaired invisibly. We ensure to note this on our designated Knit Clinic page where we highlight the types of repairs that are possible and what should happen if matching yarn is not available. We also have a great service where you are able to discuss directly with the mender any questions or concerns you may have. Once again, we are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. Great products but if something goes…
Great products but if something goes wrong the only way to contact is by email which takes an age for a response. I reported a faulty product and a number of days later was told to fill out a return request. Sadly this returns request needs to be “approved” so I am completely stuck with a faulty product! Terrible customer service! Wont be ordering again.

Lack of customer service
I had really high hopes for Sheep Inc, their quality looked amazing. I ordered two of their knit tshirts, one was exactly as expected but the other one fit differently and didn’t match the description, despite multiple attempts to contact, I have not heard back from sheep inc. Very disappointing.

Although the jumper didn't fit me and I had to return it, the quality of it was fantastic and I was gutted to have to return it (unfortunately the alternative size was no longer available). The return process went seemingly. I loved the packaging, the little canvas bag it came with, what a lining! And the little comb for the wool, how cute.
