We know the Connected Dot may not be for everyone, so you can easily take it off if you'd prefer. Each Connected Dot can be unclipped by applying a little force to the front and back of the tag to pull it apart. Once removed, you could reposition the tag in a different area of your knit, swap it with a different colour tag, or you can keep it and store it away somewhere safe. Amazing customer service. I needed to initiate an exchange (due to size), and while the back and forth of shipping has been more sluggish than I’d like, the Sheep Inc. team has been responsive to my frustrations and even provided a partial refund.

Great quality and customer service.
I bought a lovely sweater and the hem pulled out. I got a quick, friendly response, and Sheep Inc offered to pay the tailor's bill once I submitted it. Once I asked for a $15.00 credit, they quickly replied.
The quality of their sweaters is wonderful and there has been no pilling which makes a sweater look old. The stitching and quality of the wool is very good. I'm a teacher so I'm only able take advantage of their sales which are terrific!

This is my third jumper (yes jumper) and they are each fantastic quality. I have three different weights and they all work well, I love them. The choice is great and the website very easy to navigate or use. Delivery is quick and the packaging is very well done, and sustainable. Great product.
