Efficient, friendly introduction, but got on with the job while I got on with other things. She was ahead of time with her appointment and messaged before arriving.

Messaged Lydia on Friday night, she came out on Sunday, did two quick and efficient EPCs, and had both reports back to me by Monday next day! Friendly, timely, and highly professional. It is so rare to find a business this efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone needing an EPC!

Lydia conducted my EPC recently and I cannot recommend her enough. The communication was super smooth, she kindly accommodated my schedule coming in the morning before I had to run off for work, and logged the EPC by the end of the day of the appointment.
