Online as it should be

It was simply to find the product I wanted without being told 8,000 had also looked at this product and when I went to purchase I could do so as a guest - so not yet another password to forget and possible weakness in my personal security.

Simples

The website is easy on the eyes and clear to read and navigate. Very easy to find out the total cost including delivery, which I could do without creating an account. It was then very easy to create an account so that I could proceed with the purchase and to pay using PayPal.

All a rather refreshing experience compared to many online shops. I'll just have to see if the packaging and sending of the items is done as well as the site is.

Excellent communication.
Product was cheaper than anywhere else, including delivery.

Quick and easy transaction

Found the website easy to use, found the item I wanted at an excellent price (exact same item compared with other sites)
I will definitely use shavers direct in the future

Great value for money

Really simple web site to use and made the purchasing experience very easy.
During the first lockdown I ordered a Braun trimmer for my hair and they were extremely helpful and had stock when others did not!
