My experience with this company was OK
I placed my order on Wednesday with the company promoting next day delivery when on Friday there was no delivery or delivery notification I checked on Trust Pilot to see that “Shavers” had either one star poor or five star great ratings, no middle ratings.
Slightly concerned I phoned “Shavers” the call was quickly answered and I was told in a polite friendly manner that I should have my order by the following Monday or Tuesday when the delivery was duly made. Apart from the next day delivery promotion my dealings with Shavers.co.uk were OK and I would use again.
Had to chase my order several times
Had to chase my order several times, (4 items… hand cream was out of stock) Said they would post out what they had and then send on the rest. Didn’t happen, they seem unable to do what they say and do not keep you informed what is going on. Then told I would get a refund of £3.98 - refunded £1.99! So emailed Again. They Do Not Do what they say and only contact you when you chase them. Customer Service Rubbish.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a big order on Saturday for a charity, ordered it to my workplace to ensure it would get delivered (where I work has a post room) even if I wasnt in. Heard nothing until Thursday when they randomly cancelled the order. They claim the order was too "high risk" without citing any genuine reason (allegedly something "not matching" with my billing address which is frankly incorrect and they stated it's too high risk to deliver in London...). Take your business elsewhere, these people are not worth it. And as well, to the business, if you can't deliver in London because its "too high risk", you probably shouldn't be operating as a business full stop...

I won't recommend ordering anything from this site. Ordered 2 items and after 2 weeks I received only one item. Asked for a refund for the second item and never received it. I don't know why this company is allowed to do this.

If I could give a minus score I would, awful company, requested a return for a braun shaver cleaning station, got confirmation that this was fine. Sent the item back recorded delivery as advised, waited a week, heard nothing so emailed to check whether they'd received it as I had proof of delivery. Nothing, emailed again, pod attached, still nothing, waited, emailed again & again, still nothing. Constantly trying to contact them, emails ignored, so they have the goods that I returned & also didn't bother with my refund!!!
Please do not give thus company your custom, absolutely disgusting service

No Response – Faulty Honeywell Fan Ignored!
I purchased a Honeywell HT354E1 QuietSet Table Fan from Olympic Shaver Centre in June 2023. Due to the recent heatwave, I used the fan on level 3 at night. Around 3 AM, the fan blade suddenly broke and the whole unit started shaking violently. It seems to be a case of plastic fatigue or a manufacturing defect.
I emailed them on July 10, 2025, at the address they provide for warranty issues, including photos and a copy of the invoice. It’s now been days with absolutely no response – not even an acknowledgment of receipt.
Their website claims all products are covered by manufacturer warranty, but when something goes wrong, they simply disappear. This is completely unacceptable. If you care about product quality and after-sales support, think twice before buying from them.

I ordered a Braun 70S Series 7 Foil & Cutter Pack from Shavers.co.uk and was shocked by the poor quality of the product I received. As someone who’s used Braun products for years, I immediately noticed something was off, the shaver head barely worked and couldn’t handle even a light 2-day stubble.
I emailed the company on 22nd June, clearly explaining the issue and requesting either a refund or a genuine replacement. I even provided video evidence to back up my claim. But here we are over a week later, and I’ve had no reply whatsoever.
It’s unacceptable to completely ignore a customer when all I wanted was a fair resolution. I’ve now been forced to raise the issue through PayPal, which I shouldn’t have to do.
Really poor customer service, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a replacement Oral B charging case, which doesn’t work. Tried original charger, doesn’t work, bought another just in case which also doesn’t work. Emailed customer service, who had the audacity to ask why I needed to order a new case. Have asked to return the item three times, they have stopped responding. Avoid at all costs.
Customer service miserable
Customer service miserable, rude and unhelpful. Apparently no company does exchanges!? Entered model number into Braun website but showed up standard and extra wide model parts (I had no idea there were 2 and no measurements). Have to pay 3 x postage including return which is more than the part, Amazon works out cheaper. Call and do not order from website, the model number tool doesn’t work on their website and take no responsibility for partnerships and affiliates with Braun, Philips etc.

Oral-b electric toothbrush service
I sent my faulty oral-b io6 for an inspection. I received a replacement in under 5 days. Amazing service. Great communication by text message. Nothing to fault.

I ordered the Oral-B Pro Expert Fresh Breath 75ml Toothpaste from shavers.co.uk, and they sent me tubes that were packed in January 2020 and expired in December 2021. These expired products were delivered to me in December 2024. This is a truly deceitful website.
Selling products that they do not have in stock
Ordered a accessory part for my Braun trimmer which showed as in stock on their website on the 10th of December with a 3 day estimated delivery time, two weeks passed and I had received nothing, I emailed them for an update and was told its out if stock and on back order, its now the 23rd of Jan and still I have not received anything, I requested a refund and still days later not received this so I had to resort to requesting a refund via PayPal, this was the first time I have used shaver.co.uk and most certainly will be the last, very poor.
Avoid
Avoid - sold me a product they can't deliver and haven't even had the grace to offer a refund nearly a month after ordering.
