Part of the reason we use high-quality recycled plastic is to keep our pieces lightweight, so they can sit easily and safely up high on top of door frames and picture frames. I know the material won’t be to everyone’s preference though, and I do appreciate you sharing your thoughts on it.
We’re also always happy to help with a return if you decide it’s not for you.

I'm sorry it wasn't what you were expecting material wise, we choose to make our pieces from recycled plastic for a few reasons but one if them is that it's lightweight to allow the sets to sit up high easily on door tops and picture frames, but I completely understand the material won't be everyone's preference.
