Love my shades

I was able to snag these shades for half the price of other sites. Shipping was fast! I am IN LOVE with my shades! They are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly! I'm very satisfied with my purchase!!

My order was a gift and I was expecting…

My order was a gift and I was expecting on the date given but it seems it still processing. I did not get to give this as a gift and by the time I get it my visitor will be gone back to their country. I just won’t order from you again, I almost feel like I was scammed.

I have been emailing this company for…

I have been emailing this company for over a week now and they have not emailed me back. I placed an order on 12/13/2022 didn’t get my order yet and they won’t respond to provide an ETA. I’ve sent emails and tried to call and no response either way.

Missing booklet and sleeves

I purchased pink Versace sunglasses and they came at a reasonable time, quite fast if you consider it nearing the holidays. As far as I can tell, these sunglasses do seem to be authentic. I compared it to online pictures of
real frames. I was worried they weren't genuine, but I'm relieved they're legitimate. My only real issue was that these frames do appear to have been worn and returned. I found a scratch on the right arm of the sunglasses (it was minor), and the protective sleeves all Versace sunglasses come with were missing. What I found odd was the Luxottica booklet was missing, too; I came to the conclusion these were worn and returned at one point. I have no issue accepting that they were returned, as it would be wasteful if tried on items are discarded, but I would like some compensation. It isn't the end of the world or too noticeable so I'm keeping the frames. Overall, I had a pleasant experience :) I will shop here again

this website is a total scam

I ordered 2 pair of glasses and I didn’t receive them although it was marked as delivered. I had reached out to the company for a resolution. They told me that they would have to open up a clean with the carrier in order for compensation. A claim was open with the carrier approve the claim. Now when I’m contacting shadesdaddy about the issue and they’re telling me I have to dispute the charge on my bank. UPS already issued a refund back to the shipper so I don’t see why they can’t refund me. I’ve reached out to this company several times via phone and via email and I haven’t received a response yet.

finally received an updated email receipt for my order. the company decided to refund me for the missing items but not the expedited shipping.

UPDATE 3/16/23
company gave me a full refund including shipping.
