Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!

Customer service was great they got back to me very quickly through email and called me on the phone talking to me about the product and seeing if I need anything else. Swinging in stand arrive at the house very quickly .

i would have issued 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of a headrest that was supposed to arrive with the swing. they are sending the headrest, so their making it right. would buy from this company again. Oh, the swing is awesome but you really need the headrest that in my opinion should come with the swing to begin with.

The swing works well for us, my wife came quite quickly and I really enjoyed the whole thing. The only issue I have is with the lack of information on your website about how to set up and use the swing and maybe some different tips and tricks but mainly setup. The link forthe video does not work and we had to look elsewhere for help.

My only complaint is that I think tracking numbers should have been sent out as a matter of course. I had to call and get the tracking numbers. But the company was super helpful and responded quickly when I called.

Be sure to leave a voicemail if you call customer service and you don’t reach a live operator. Once I heard from a representative of sexswing.com they were courteous, professional, and promptly answered my question.
