Company drop shipped me a used sex swing and refused to refund me. Was forced to escalate the case to PayPal, after which they refunded my purchase and apologized.

Sorry for the problem. It is not acceptable and we fully agree with you. This is why most swing ship directly from us and we do not accept returns. Nobody wants to receive a used sex item- ever.
We are in contact with the distributors and manufacturer trying to figure out who accepted a returned item and thought it was OK to repackage it and send it out from their warehouse- definitely not us.
Unfortnatually, your original contact was completely misunderstood by us and we totally acknowledge the steps we could have taken to clear the matter up quickly for you, and we do apologize for all the trouble.

Service was great
Service was great, I ordered the Screamer single hook, my order was processed right away. I had questions about adding to my order to convert single hook into a double hook, got a e-mail response immediately and I added dual hooks and springs to my package. I hot my order extremely fast. Customer service was great, and my swing is amazing. My wife and I are verry pleased with this product and customer service. I highly recommend sexswing.com and the Screamer swing is the one to go with.

Great results
Works great. Better to "dry run" to get the placement where you want. Fumbling with it too much can make it mr happy needing time to get going again.Wife had back surgery and does the trick, helps take pressure off back and with squirting results. Happy couple

Screamer Sex Swing
There are so many sex swings on the market but the screamer sex swing superseded all others according to all my research and I wasn't wrong. Im in Australia and there is nothing like it here in Aus. It arrived faster then I could have imagined. And WOW what a swing. So well made, and super comfy. You can honestly spend hours upon hours in it.
Do yourself a favor and look no further. This is the only swing to have.

Buy a second pair.
An extra pair makes it a bit more comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the 360° butterfly clip. A little difficult to undo for adjusting the chain clamp points. I fixed that. Removed that clip. Modified a carabiner. And works awesome.

In your order, you wrote in the comments that there are children in your house to make the gift look anonymous and discreet.
This is why some of the manufacturers do not include graphics or identifying information in the box and have instructions online. Kids can sometimes open boxes. As such all instructions are on our website, SexSwing.com, under the instructions tab.
I hope this makes sense- we tried to do as you wished in your order notes.
