Irregular cuts
I ordered some custom printed fabric. It looks like whoever cut it didn’t care. The edges are irregular and sloppy. One print was so close to the edge that there was barely any place to sew and to top that off. It was cut right up against the edge, and the edge was frayed.

Be careful if ordering from them
I ordered a bobbin case that came up in the search for my machine. When I received it, (after a couple weeks)it was the wrong bobbin case. When message them they said not the right case (even though it showed up in search for my machine) and told me which on I should have ordered.

I ordered material for a quilt and it wasback ordered with no scheduled ship date. When I called to get update on the status, Courtney quickly reviewed my order, offered me an exchange, placed my order and the new material was shipped in 24 hours.

Rude representative
I purchased 5 jellyrolls in November 2025 and received only two of them on March 2, 2026. However, one of the items I had been waiting 3 months for was the wrong one. Called them, and they told me to return the jellyroll I didn't order and that they will send me the correct one. Now, on March 16, 2026, the correct item is out of stock. I have been calling them consistently, regarding my order, since November. Their excuse was that they were waiting for a shipment and that it was first-come, first-served. On March 16, 2026, the representative was rude and told me to get a refund. The order number is 32067845. I received the refund after multiple phone calls because they refunded the incorrect amount. The tracking number for the returned item, which was received on March 6, 2026, is 9302210499600128722740.
