Main store is ok. Avoid the online store
Main (physical) store is fine. They do have prices that are lower than offered at other competing stores. Stay away from the online orders department however. Rude and unhelpful. My recent order was cancelled without explanation. When I called to get details, the person on the other end of the line mumbled something and hung up. I checked the number and called again to be sure - same thing. I think they outsourced their online order management to some overseas outfit where English is the 3rd or 4th language.

return policy is RIDICULOUS
I ordered a part for my instant hot faucet. When the plumber tried to install it, it dripped. We thought it might be the wrong part,
So I tried to return it. I was told that because it was opened it could not be refunded. I spent over $100 on the part and shipping. NYRP said the part wasn't working....which is probably why it dripped when the plumber installed it. But because I didn't specify that (or even know that!) i was denied.

Avoid them
Ordered part based on toilet model which was the ONLY way to ID it on their website. Received a part that could not be installed and broke while trying. The inability to install it caused me to contact them. After several emails they told me I ordered the wrong part number (the toilet MODEL was the basis of my order, not a part number which I do not have and they do not display on their website. No replacement. No refund. They eventually sent a diagram of the toilet, which I thought would show the part number they were talking about, but it did not show a part number. Avoid these people.

Love NYRP
Love NYRP. I work for a plumbing company and always need parts. They have what I need in stock 99% of the time, the prices are better than a lot of other suppliers, and the shipping time is always super quick.

Advertising original parts and sending OEM ....CAREFUL
I ordered 15 Grohe brand cartridges online. The website clearly states that the manufacturer is Grohe, but the items sent were OEM parts.
I tried to return the parts as soon as I knew that the part were not original, but they hung up the phone on me, saying, 'I don’t have time to waste with you.'
I lost a lot of money.
I would stay away from these guys.
