What a terrible company. I am a small business owner, and we had ongoing problems with data transfer during onboarding. They did not care about the delays they caused and hid behind the contract: once you are locked in, it is too bad.

Their data specialists caused multiple delays because they did not know how to transfer the data correctly. Those were not short setbacks. They stretched into months. For the rest of my career, I will be clear about how bad this experience was.

We are dropping to the minimum plan, paying it off, and telling as many people in the industry as we can what we went through.

Service and customer service is always helpful and our isses are taking care of.

Our Success Manager, Alex Hudson, is always a joy to work with! She's super responsive and makes sure our team is supported.

I haven’t worked with Sona for very long, but in the short time I have, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the level of customer care she provides. She is kind, attentive, responsive, and truly takes the time to make sure things are taken care of. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that makes such a difference. I really appreciate her positive attitude and the way she goes above and beyond to help. ServiceTitan has been a real lifesaver in costing. The transparency that ServiceTitan offers on jobs is amazing. The dashboards and reporting are perfect for anyone who wants to know exactly where all their jobs and projects are. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely frustrating experience with ServiceTitan today.

I am completely locked out of my account because ServiceTitan is requiring a verification code that is supposedly being sent to my email, but the code never arrives. I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders, and nothing is being delivered.

The worst part is that I have urgent work that needs to be completed, and I cannot access my account because of this verification issue. For a system that businesses rely on to run their daily operations, this is simply unacceptable.

I contacted support because I need immediate assistance, but the fact that a basic account verification system can prevent a paying customer from accessing their business platform is extremely disappointing.

ServiceTitan is supposed to help businesses operate more efficiently, not leave them completely locked out when they need the system the most.

Very disappointed. ServiceTitan needs to fix this issue and provide a reliable way for customers to regain access when verification codes aren't being delivered.

The are right there in the trenches with me solving issues. They always right there johnny on the spot to help me work out any issues. The platform was the right answer for our company always.

App constantly crashes. There is no reach out from the company about any issues. After updates, the issues are still occuring. So if you want a company that has 0 accountability, Service Titan is for you. If you want to spend money on an app that crashes within minutes after resetting, Service Titan is for you. If you want a reliable app and a company that is accountable for their products, well don't use Service Titan. It gets exhausting to have to take a picture 3 times before it will take. Always have to rewrite notes. The forms will randomly close, or randomly scroll itself all the way to the bottom of the form. Service Titan has as of the past month and a half done nothing to fix these measures. Once they get your money, they stop caring.

With Service Titan we now know our numbers and doubled revenue in 2 years with the same number of technicians.

The software is great and my experience with their team members has been great. They’re always very professional.

If I treated my customers this way, they would have fired me instantly. Service Titan is very robust but they nickel and dime you for all the add ons. These are all one year contracts set to auto renew. You do not get notice of the renewal. They simply extend the contract date an additional year. When an add on doesn’t work out for your business, you’re locked in to paying the full contract amount. If you sign up for anything with service Titan, add your contract dates to the calendar so you can cancel accordingly. I had a bad experience with the price book. I struggled for 3 years paying into something I didn’t use. (They even pulled the reports showing me it wasn’t used!) ended up paying 4 years for something I never used. Very poor customer experience.

Worst company ever!!! You can never speak to management to discuss your account. Training is awful! And anyone you talk to in the company has a script to read and you can NEVER GET A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We've been on ServiceTitan since July of 2021 and we absolutely love it! We went from a very basic OLD system, to ServiceTitan and I'll say, it was not without its's challenges. But our business would not have grown like it did without it. From tracking, to automation, to marketing, every aspect of our business flows through Titan. We've been super fortunate to have an AMAZING account manager, Tess, that has been with us almost every step of the way and makes sure we have the info we need to succeed.
