Changing our shower
Changing our shower was not an easy task and Jader did a great job, all in 1 day, fixing even some issues (noise when using hot water) that we did not think we could sort! Great job!

Shower replacement
The booking of the job was well managed. Due to engineering availability it was booked for a Saturday with a 3 hour arrival slot which I understand is standard. Unfortunately the engineer was an hour late, and I was not informed of the delay until I chased it. As it was the weekend I wasn't able to speak to someone and had to go back and forth on dm's. The engineer tracker was also not updating. However, once the engineer arrived the job was carried out to a high standard with no issues. I am very pleased with the work carried out

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dayle for her outstanding support and professionalism. I had an issue with one of my Acqua Di Gio Profumo bottles not arriving from TJ Hughes, and unfortunately, I wasn’t getting much help or clear updates from the retailer themselves.

Late for first appointment despite 3 hour window and no calls or notifications.
The first visit for the diagnostic had to be chased after Service Team failed to turn up on time despite a 3 hour window. No call from them, I had to call them. Disappointing. The attending engineer would only look and work out the issue. No remedial action would be taken until a return visit.

To clarify, your booking for re-silicone corners of bathroom and toilet, it was made over the phone for the same day with a 3-hour arrival window of 12:00–3:00 PM, which you agreed to at the time. Our engineer arrived at 3:02 PM just a couple of minutes outside the window and we apologise for not keeping you updated as he was running slightly behind. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when waiting, especially with children, and we should have proactively notified you.
Regarding the service itself, the first visit was an investigation appointment as discussed at booking, intended to diagnose the source of the leak. As the engineer explained at the time, remedial work could not be carried out immediately because materials and preparation were required. We subsequently sent you a quotation for the repairs, which you accepted, and the job was completed successfully on the follow-up visit.

engineer was excellent, put in a new gas hob. Gas pipework was a bit tricky, he sorted it all out and all working perfectly.

Part replacement and service
Offer of convenient optional dates to replace parts and service the boiler. Pre advice on time slot worked well. The part replacement and boiler service were completed within the time that David advised that it would take. He also identified the possible future issue with the boiler's circuit board. This will make identifying the source of any future problem much easier. A very good experience.

It was past 7pm and the engineer had obviously had a long day. I was his last client but he was thorough and painstaking in terms of servicing the boiler.
