Have not received my order as of…
Earlier I had posted a negative review because I thought I had not received what I ordered. Apparently I did not read correctly that it would be a downloaded manual and was expecting a hard copy, my mistake. I have since downloaded manual I ordered and very satisfied with my purchase. My apologies to service manual warehouse. I would absolutely use them again!

Don't let the few bad reviews fool you
I was concerned at first because there's a handful of bad reviews here. Then I noticed there's a common theme -- they are all by people who apparently don't know how to use the internet and/or read. It's wild how many people are on here complaining about not knowing how to download something or not understanding that they were purchasing a download. JFC what is this world coming to? People are stupid and then want to blame everyone else for their own stupid mistakes. Don't trash a business's reputation just because you're an idiot. Anyway, the manual I picked up was great and easy to access. No complaints here. If you're not an idiot and trust that you can download a file, pull the trigger on this one. A+ service and product.

Note to older people. This is a digital download and not a hard copy manual.
As I do not have the internet at my residence or a computer I was unable to download the manual on my cell phone. I also own an Android and not an Apple product. Truthfully I thought I was purchasing a hard copy of a service manual as shown in the photographs. I should have known that $15 was a little cheap as I normally pay $30 for hard copies.. that was on me. I should have ordered through Clymer manuals. As a senior citizen I am doing my best to catch up and keep up with technology. I asked for a refund or if the service manual Warehouse sells hard copies but they only advised me I would not receive a refund. I'm not sure if they sell hard copies? With the name service manual Warehouse and photographs of manuals on their page they caught this old man slipping.

Very happy with my purchase
Ordered a Kawasaki manual to work on my quad. The site had exactly what I needed for the best price around. I even found a coupon code to save 10%. The download was available instantly and easy to get. I could click on links to the side to navigate to the sections I needed and get my quad back out on the trails. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs to work on their quad and find the manual they need.

This manual is excellent
This manual is excellent. It covers all maintenance you could ever need to do on your ATV. Additionally, the sections are very thorough with exploded views and detailed photos. I'm very very pleased with this purchase. Download process was instant, smooth, and easy. I'll be back for more manuals in the future.

Bought manual for Atv, been trying open them for three days the site will not open, wasted my whole weekend, so the instant manual is joke. Dont know if I will get my money back or not.

Ranjit was provided multiple ways to download the manual immediately after purchase. He couldn't figure it out and waited 3 days to contact us and then complained that we "wasted his whole weekend." Hard to help someone who doesn't want to be helped and doesn't want to take responsibility for anything.
