Sent Sylvia multiple texts and emails with no response. I see no evidence that she ever tried to email us. Otherwise, she just couldn't figure out how to send an email to our correct email address.
Nonetheless, Sylvia received multiple emails with the information on how to download her manual. Immediately after purchase the link was available on the website and she received multiple emails with download instructions. I double-checked that these links work correctly.
Of course, rather than responding to us, Sylvia initiated a frivolous chargeback with her bank.
Next time, Sylvia, I recommend you drive to a store and buy a paper manual. Technology doesn't seem to be your strong suit.

Garbage, Error Prone, and Untrustworthy--TOTAL SCAM
Do not waste your time or money on their manuals. They have attempted to extract the data from an official manual and resell it. It is full of errors and strange ASCII type characters that make it unusable AND untrustworthy. You can download this same POS manual free from plenty of sites--so do not waste your time or money.
Their "No Return" policy should not allow them to sell inferior products. They are hiding behind that policy because they have been notified more than once about the quality and refuse to refund the money. PayPal is no help either--total SCAM!

Not sure why you ordered this then, unless you have difficulty reading. The words "download" or "PDF" show up seven times on the product page you ordered form. Additionally, the main image includes a large "DOWNLOAD FILE PDF" watermark plastered on the front. It's obvious what you are purchasing.

Same crappy quality scan was free elsewhere!
This copy is the same crappy quality as the one I downloaded for free from another site. I was looking for one that was a better quality for clear printing. Description was misleading. I requested refund multiple times and was refused. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!!!

Website looked sketch so I came here. I got my honda cbr manual within seconds of ordering and so far no has used my credit card to buy a bunch of iPads in taiwan so I guess it's all legit lol. I'll update if my info gets stolen.
