Very professional customer service staff. They’ve followed up to see if I had found someone for the painting job, and followed up after to see if everything was done to satisfaction. It’s been lovely speaking with Candice and Mel.

Very effective way of getting quotes and hiring tradies. I have being using it to source a different varieties of services and has been pretty good overall.

Service.com was easy to use. I received four responses within 24hours. One response provided a quote next day following a site inspection. Work done was as I wanted at a reasonable price. I will use Service.com again when searching for a tradesman.

Great platform
It was easy to set up an account and post a job. We quickly had multiple replies to our job. Once we had ample replies to work through, we were able to pause until we made contact and chosen a company. We have used service.com.au previously and will certainly use them again.

Overall I found it quick easy and intuitive to use and was able to get responses back within the day. Once I had a few I was able make a choice and chose a great contractor who was able to complete the job ! Would definately use this again for my next job..

Straightforward and to the point screens on the website made it quick and easy to submit a job. It doesn’t charge the consumer to post a task! Highly recommended.
